“We were a victim of a hacker. They hacked our account and bought a new iPhone on our account. Called Verizon customer service, talked to Fraud Department, they ended up completely screwing up our account by unregistering our phones and we couldn't even call them or get into our account online. I went into the Clemson store and Mason went way above and beyond to help me clear things up and get our phones registered and access to our account. Thank you SO much Mason! I was at a complete loss and totally frustrated. He made my week.”
