Katie is PHENOMENAL. I genuinely have not received this level of service in a while. She was so patient and helpful. My family has MANY animals and are incredibly grateful to her for her patience and kindness. I would give her personally 100 stars if possible!

Very lousy customer service!
I try NOT to shop here because their feeder bug selection is terrible, and more than once I've gotten home only to find half of the bugs were dead! Not to mention, more than one of the cashiers need to learn people skills or find a different job!

Hi I'm a regular customer to this Petsmart but in the past few months my wife and seem to have checkout issues with the young lady with short colored hair. Example we get an item that was a price when she rang it up it came up another price, so my wife took her to show her the clearance price she had a little attitude. Finally a manager came up to key in the Sale price it said it was. Also another time there was no one up front to check us out 5 customers waiting in line so that says alot, finally when the lady in front of us went to look for someone she was in some isle just chatting with other employee. What is going on Petsmart you don't have back up register come on.
