“The negative reviews for this store and the manager are disheartening. I have shopped at this store for 13 years, I have seen it at it's best and its worst. Maybe before judging this manager only after the 20 seconds or minute of reacting with her dont be so quick to call her rude. As stated before I have shopped here for 13 years I had noticed the store go down hill and now watching be brought back to the amazingly awesome store I have loved for so long, and guess who is behind that turn around......you guessed it the rude manager, so stop judging and maybe ask questions!!! Thank you for the hard work and providing an excellent getaway for me time lol!!! This is and always will be my favorite Dollar Tree.”

“This Dollar General is one of the best! The manager Dimple is so kind to her customers. She is always going above and beyond to make sure her store runs smoothly and orderly. Her staff is absolutely amazing and you can tell how much they truly work hard to keep the store in order. I'm very pleased every time I go to this location. I have a Dollar General closer to me, however I drive the extra distance to shop at this location. I can't say enough about this store. Thank you, Dimple and staff for always going above and beyond!”

“My wife text me today to let me know I should leave a review for this Dollar General because of Phillip, a nice employee there. I attached a screen shot of her text, and I would like to say thank you to Phillip. I so often leave reviews for restaurants and not stores. I knew just who she was speaking about, because I have been in there numerous times and he has always been courteous and friendly. Good people are hard to find, and he is definitely one of them. The other employees are always kind her also, and this store isn’t in shambles like some dollar generals I have been in. Good manager= great employees”

“Yesterday around 4:00 PM, I went into Family dollar with the expectations of getting a specific product that I knew they carry. Unfortunately there was none on the shelf. I got something else but I knew that it wouldn’t work as good. When I got to the register I explained my frustration and my desperate need for this particular product I was seeking. The store clerk was very understanding and told me that they were stocking the shelves and just haven’t unboxed the product yet. She proceeded to go and get the product for me. She went over and beyond, which it should be just a normal act of duty but today it’s rare. She deserves all the praises and is very much appreciated.”

“Stopped by 4 different Dollar General stores yesterday searching for Halloween and Fall decorations, and this location was by far the best! It was the cleanest and most organized of all the stores I visited, and the selection of decorations was much better than the others. The cashier, I believe his name was Tra, was quick, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, a great shopping experience!”

“Living in the neighborhood, I recall that for quite some time this store shortly after they had opened, I believe last year or so they seemed to have a hard time finding employees that would stay and manage the store the way they should. It was really painful for customers to either end up in front of closed doors during normal business hours or having to fight your way through the aisles with dollies and unboxed items sitting all over the place. That has changed for quite some time ago with the new store manager and the employees she has. They are super friendly. The store is in excellent shape and I don’t recall seeing the store not being open during normal opening hours lately .I’m very happy for the store , customers like me and the staff that they were able to improve operations. Keep the good work up.”
