“I called the bakery to see if they had 6in carrot cakes on hand and the lady who answered said they had 2 left and if I was coming today, she would put one to the side for me, asked my name and ended the call… very friendly and helpful. Well life happens, and I was later than I expected and by the time I got there the bakery was closed! A tall man in the deli section saw my face, and came over to see how he could help. I explained the situation, and he checked in the back but initially couldn’t find it. He then found a manager to double check again and they found it!
Reflecting back… not only did the initial lady on the phone help and do exactly what she said she would, but the people in the evening really went above and beyond.

“This is a very nice aand clean supermarket that has a very good selection of everything and employees are pretty knowledgeable, polite and well mannered.. Their selections are excellent and I like the way they have their separate little areas for chicken, meats, seafood, etc..They always have really good specials on the shrimp from Argentina or Carolina Outer Banks so I go and check it out once a week”

“Very good service, my wife and I went this afternoon when it snowed and very good attention from the guy who serves us, he took the product to our car, great kindness and attention. We are going every week and there is always very good availability from the boys and the owner of the business.Whenever we ask about a product from our country, they do not show it or ask for it in their inventory to have it available in their store. We appreciate the attention from all the staff. The store is quite stocked and clean. On one occasion they were about to close and they waited for us to buy, thank you very much for considering us as customers. Since they opened their service has been excellent, they are very friendly.”
“They really are Good. After decades of going from one pharamacy to the next I finally found THE best, most efficent always dependable and stress free pharmacy ever. For the last three years ive only used them. Im not in the habit of ratting places, in fact I think Ive only done it 2 times and ONLY to vent and let everyone know how upset I was, lol. But since I was prompted by google to rate this pharamacy I actually like being able to say something good about a place id always found exceptional. I tell the occasional person where theyd be best served, thats just irl. Seriously they are Sooo fast, amazingly fast. Not like CVS where youvd got a minimum two hour wait time, even then they make u wait another 20 (and they have more staff, most of which arent working but talking to each other) I still wonder how they manage to get/fill all within 10 to 15 min, on half the staff others have. This pharmacy is located on one of the most traveled road in all of Simpsonville and all surrounding towns. So they have steady and more traffic than most standalone pharmacies Ive also noticed that they dont let the stress of their busy job causd them to be less than curtious to people (some places allow their staff to take their stress out on the customer because they understand how stressful it can get, and that can overtake the staff and is always reflected in their behavior)”
“Definition of hole in the wall. Super nice people working here. Most traditional Mexican food I've had in the US. Tastes just like food from my trips there. It's also a supermarket but the restaurant is in the back. Everything is made to order from what I could tell. ?You may have to find someone in the kitchen or store to take your order.”

I attached a screen shot of her text, and I would like to say thank you to Phillip. I so often leave reviews for restaurants and not stores. I knew just who she was speaking about, because I have been in there numerous times and he has always been courteous and friendly. Good people are hard to find, and he is definitely one of them. The other employees are always kind her also, and this store isn’t in shambles like some dollar generals I have been in. Good manager= great employees”
“This Dollar General is one of the best! The manager Dimple is so kind to her customers. She is always going above and beyond to make sure her store runs smoothly and orderly. Her staff is absolutely amazing and you can tell how much they truly work hard to keep the store in order. I'm very pleased every time I go to this location. I have a Dollar General closer to me, however I drive the extra distance to shop at this location. I can't say enough about this store. Thank you, Dimple and staff for always going above and beyond!”
“Stopped by 4 different Dollar General stores yesterday searching for Halloween and Fall decorations, and this location was by far the best! It was the cleanest and most organized of all the stores I visited, and the selection of decorations was much better than the others. The cashier, I believe his name was Tra, was quick, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, a great shopping experience!”
“Everything went well but since they wasn't busy, my appointment at 2pm was able to get service at 1pm. That was great the only thing online my installation was canceled so I have to wait for a refund and pay for installation in-store.0”
“Living in the neighborhood, I recall that for quite some time this store shortly after they had opened, I believe last year or so they seemed to have a hard time finding employees that would stay and manage the store the way they should. It was really painful for customers to either end up in front of closed doors during normal business hours or having to fight your way through the aisles with dollies and unboxed items sitting all over the place. That has changed for quite some time ago with the new store manager and the employees she has. They are super friendly. The store is in excellent shape and I don’t recall seeing the store not being open during normal opening hours lately .I’m very happy for the store , customers like me and the staff that they were able to improve operations. Keep the good work up.”
