Store hours are 11am-9pm. The person who I presume as the manager doesn’t open the store until 11:06 and then says he won’t be ready for another 10 minutes.Poor management gets a 1 star for me.

I was recently in this store (7/11) with my son who is 8. I asked one of the workers how much a game was that he wanted and was told "look at the price tag." He then proceeded to continue talking to another employee while dropping derogatory names for the lgbtq+ community and talking about a "three way with my girl." I was horrified to find out this was a supervisor/manager (a very large African American man with dreads). I cannot just brush off!! I quickly just got my son his game and I heard him flirting with one of the other employees. "I can't wait to take you out for drinks sometime." She was obviously uncomfortable. When we checked out I asked her about it and she told me she "well I've been late recently so I have to so I don't get fired." Do better with your hiring GameStop! I will NEVER EVER set foot in here again and I have already emailed corporate.

Hire more gaming informed employees! Or fix your system, all Elite Core controllers are Series 2, there is no series 1 core controller therefore no different price. You got 3 because you did the warranty exchange anyways but knowledgeable staff that aren't super relying on a computer would be better.

15 minutes till close and they're gonna close the store down like helping one person out with selling a system is to much to ask for. i wouldn't bother with this store they definitely dont have the time to be bothered by you. if you gotta hide from the phone your probably in the wrong career.

Went in yesterday with my family, just about everything we was interested in didn't have a price tag on it. My daughter asked for a certain game and the employee said "idk go look" with the worst possible attitude.

Always kind and knowledgeable at this location, I've never run into any issues at this location, just experienced my first midnight pickup, grabbed the new zelda, and it went very smoothly, the were organized and on top of their game??

This store is garbage. My girlfriend bought the new Kingdom Hearts Funko Mystery box from here and for starts there was no one at the register to assist her with getting the box from where it was placed and then when someone did show up, the girl working there immediately mentioned that they didn't have any chases. Normally these boxes are wrapped in a clear plastic film, but this one wasn't. These people tamper with the merchandise and sell it as new. The GameStop in Simpsonville just loves to hire the sleaziest people in existence. I would rather drive to the closest city then do my business with this store!
