“I had to make sure I came on here to let the world know my experience at buckle today! I walked in and was looking for jeans that would fit me perfectly, I’m short and thick, I wear a 12-14 in pants and it’s always the struggleee! I wish I got the guys name that helped me, but he picked out 3 pairs of pants for me and when I tell you they fit perfectly. In the hips, belly area, and LENGTH. idk how he did it but it’s gotta be known. This has never happened to me before, but everyone working in buckle today was so helpful and so kind. I gotta find out this guys name, he’s so sweet and his outfit was snatched!!! and boo boo If you see this, I was the girl going to see Lady Gaga on Friday. I need to you to pick out my pants forever. She asked what I needed and what my mom liked, we talked and before I knew it my mom had her birthday outfit and one to change into after. “With so many discounts and sales it's hard to know what the price will be at the register. The cashier was super patient with me as I checked pricing on some items before starting my transaction. She advised how much I would save if I opened a charge account. I was reluctant and she didn't press the point. When I was trying to decide about spending additional money for one last pair of pants, she gently inquired about the hesitation, and explained that if I applied for the credit card, that pair of pants would basically be free with the immediate 35% discount. She was very patient as I thought it through and did some calculations and decided to go ahead with the credit card application. I wish I got her name now. She was awesome. And she didn't speak so fast that I had to ask what she just said with every sentence. It was a very pleasant transaction experience. I generally go to a different Kohl's location, but will be happy to use this Woodruff road store since they have staff like her.”

“Last January I was not feeling good about myself (confidence, self esteem, etc.) over the prior year or so. I was overweight and didn’t have a suit that fit me well, and I was going to a nice celebration for the local high school boosters at the Armory. I had walked past the Sock Ministry many times and even popped in just to say hello. Well, I never thought a place as nice as that would be for me. But I decided to ask and Larry was the best really. He found the fit and “right color combo” that fit me and I literally felt better within maybe 30-45 minutes. The shirt and tie were perfect; I was super jazzed to be honest. Btw the celebration was wonderful and I felt confident.One of their mottos is “not dressed up…just dressed” and I felt exactly that way. And it was priced reasonably. I’ll refer anyone to Larry or Mario. Any time…any age.Thanks again, Larry.”

There were plenty of in style options and I had fun checking out some items. I would suggest asking for Mrs Linda. She assisted me and was a wonderful help. It appears they do alterations on site so you can get fixed up for your event right away.”

“Great clothes and great service. I am always looking for nice linen shirts and BR never lets me down. My frame is short and wide but their shirts always fit me perfectly.The staff at this location was also very helpful. The lady stayed with me while I was trying on different sizes and she helped me decide which option looked the best.With the Banana Republic brand you will pay a little bit more per item but I feel the quality is reflected in that price. The comfort and longevity of their clothes have often out performed the other brands I buy. I will definitely continue to buy from BR and if I'm ever back in Greenville I will surely give my business to this location.”
