“Bought a Baltimore Ravens full size helmet for fanatic fest in July plan on getting Ray Lewis to sign it. The helmet looks great but the helmet decals of the ravens are not symmetrical clearly see it when looking straight at it.”
“Jim and Doug are fantastic! Whether you’re new to cycling or a seasoned pro, this is the place to come. My bike was pretty banged up and out of adjustment after being in storage. Doug got the bike operational and performing like never before. Jim put me on the cycling computer and fitted the bike specifically to my body and pedaling style. I’ll never go to another bike shop now that I found this place. These folks are super at what they do. Thank you so much!

“The absolute BEST running store! They have a machine that scans your feet and then they recommend shoes based on that. I am very particular with my running shoes fit, and Jeff, Karen, and Maggie were very patient and incredibly knowledgeable with helping me out! Jeff can do so many things to a shoe to help it fit the best it possibly can. I will never go anywhere else! They are the best!”

“Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wear a bigger size so sometimes shopping for boots can be a really annoying process. Lloyds had a tremendous selection and everyone was more than happy to help while doing other tasks to help stock and face the merchandise. My only negative, which I am guessing the staff has no control over, that big tv on the boot wall should SURELY be playing World Cup games in the month of June/July.
10/10 will always continue to use this location.”

“My daughter started at Greenville Gymnastics in August at lev.1. She is now level 2 in her second season & has loved every single practice. The facility has a lot to offer. An upstairs viewing room. The coaches & staff are all very sweet and knowledgeable. They also have camps during winter and spring break that outsiders and friends can join for the day as well. We will definitely be signing up for another season.”
“I recently visited the store looking for new hiking shoes and was lucky enough to have Ed assist me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Even when a rude woman repeatedly interrupted our conversation (let me point out she works there)! Ed remained pleasant and professional while continuing to answer all my questions. “REI has a good selection of products. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently there to get my son sized for a picking backpack. The guy that helped us got him sized and ran through the brand selections, features, and what he liked or disliked about each. They carry a wide assortment of knives, weapons, and gear, from super cheap to expensive. It's a great place to get gifts for people (what better way to say I love you than with the gift of brass knuckles..), & a great place to buy supplies for survival needs.”

“Bought a Goalsetter In-Ground basketball goal. Great experience purchasing it. Ran into some hiccups with installation side of the company, but when I called the store to let James know about it, he got involved and everything was resolved completely and speedily. We have a high quality goal that our kids love.
Two “pro tips”—the Goalsetter rim, even when properly installed, may tip a few degrees from front to back. Ask the install team to check it with a leveler. It’s easily remedied by adding two 1/8” washers to the top two bolts holding the rim. Calvin did our install and made that adjustment before he finished and it’s perfectly level.
Second, if you need anything, call James. He’s the man.”

Not only was the manager kind and compassionate, professional and understanding, but he went above and beyond in order to make a customers Not only happy, but a dream come true. He did not have to go as far as he did, but It seems that he cares enough about his career that I would absolutely love to work underneath them because he sounds Like an approachable individual that cares about his customers and his employees.
