“With so many discounts and sales it's hard to know what the price will be at the register. The cashier was super patient with me as I checked pricing on some items before starting my transaction. She advised how much I would save if I opened a charge account. I was reluctant and she didn't press the point. When I was trying to decide about spending additional money for one last pair of pants, she gently inquired about the hesitation, and explained that if I applied for the credit card, that pair of pants would basically be free with the immediate 35% discount. She was very patient as I thought it through and did some calculations and decided to go ahead with the credit card application. I wish I got her name now. She was awesome. And she didn't speak so fast that I had to ask what she just said with every sentence. It was a very pleasant transaction experience. I generally go to a different Kohl's location, but will be happy to use this Woodruff road store since they have staff like her.”

“I was shopping for a dress and found that they had a good selection. The dress was in an area clearly marked 40% off. When I went to pay I was told “this one issue on sale, it doesn’t have a sticker.” The stylist was very polite and offered to let me apply for a Macys credit card to get a discount. I would have given them a 5 star review if the dress was in an area that was regular price. Macys did have a good selection of dresses, and several cashiers on the floor. No one offered to help me while I shopped.”

My frame is short and wide but their shirts always fit me perfectly.The staff at this location was also very helpful. The lady stayed with me while I was trying on different sizes and she helped me decide which option looked the best.With the Banana Republic brand you will pay a little bit more per item but I feel the quality is reflected in that price. The comfort and longevity of their clothes have often out performed the other brands I buy. I will definitely continue to buy from BR and if I'm ever back in Greenville I will surely give my business to this location.”

I worked with David to purchase a tuxedo for my wedding and he was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me into a garment that I loved. I enjoyed the process so much that I ended up purchasing a bunch of other clothes there. This is coming from somebody who does not enjoy clothes shopping as I normally find it frustrating to find items that fit me. I have a taller athletic build and find I'm in between most sizes, but David knew exactly what to put me in. It's rare enough these days to find someone at a store who's willing to help you, but I felt as if they actually wanted me to love the clothes I was buying, and not just try to sell me something.Not only was the shopping experience incredible, but I had to have some pants tailored at the last minute for my engagement photo shoot. Not only did Rush Wilson accommodate this request, but David even dropped off the tailored pants at my house since it was getting close to the end of the day, and my photoshoot was in the morning the next day. I was blown away by this, and I don't think I've ever experienced this level of customer service in my life.
