She has come to my home for consultation and subsequent fittings. She has gotten to know my style and preferences—I’ve come to really trust her recommendations, and she consistently gets it right. She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and makes the entire process easy and enjoyable. The quality and fit have been excellent. Small adjustments here and there have been minimal but have provided a finished fitting that stands well above anything off the rack. If you’re considering custom clothing, I can’t recommend Mercedes highly enough—she’s the person you want to work with. Looking forward to more purchases from her and Tom James in the future.”

Emily connected with my wife and I as we were visiting from Michigan and she shared her own Michigan past. She also provided some local restaurants recommendations and very friendly service. “Great place for outdoor clothing and equipment. Not a huge variety of equipment but lots of clothing options. Their parking lot though, very small and cramped. The employees were friendly and very helpful!”
“My cashier Sirr was very kind during my purchase, seemed enthusiastic to get my shoes from the back, made sure I knew my shoes were never tried on and never opened (which i’ve never had someone do), was sweet and friendly during checkout making sure i had my rewards account, got correct change and even provided friendly and personable conversation doing so. There was another taller associate(unsure of his name) who greeted me when i walked in, brought a great vibe to the store even while he was placing shoes on the shelf, was very friendly when i needed help and was offering help to others charismatically whilst they were shopping as well. Those two associates made it a pleasant experience to shop there even during busy tax free weekend, and I was out of there quickly with exactly what i needed and what felt like a breath of fresh air with their attentiveness and very apparent hospitality.”

Wish I could say the same for the store on Ezell Blvd in Spartanburg. Because of the customer service I get from the Greenville (Haywood rd) store, I'll drive an hour to shop here.
I wish I could swap them out for the Spartanburg store. It'd save me a lot of gas and headache.

“Excellent place for mainly women's clothing at good prices. Lots of selection. They now have a fairly large section of "As seen on TV" home items. But I go there mainly for women's clothes. ?. They also have a men's clothing section with plenty of casual and business shirts, casual pants, good-looking slacks, and so on. Brands include Haggar and Van Heusen. Ties, casual jackets, There's also a big & tall men's section.”

“Ryan at Men’s Wearhouse was exceptional. From the moment he stepped in, he was attentive without being pushy, and he clearly knows how clothes should fit. He asked the right questions, listened, and steered me toward pieces that actually looked right instead of whatever was easiest to sell. Measurements were careful, his recommendations were honest, and he explained the alterations so I knew exactly what to expect. He never rushed me and never made the process feel like a transaction. I left looking better than I walked in, confident in what I bought, and genuinely glad I got Ryan. I would ask for him by name every time.”
“This is one of my favorite stores. I find the clothing is good quality. They have some pretty decent sales as well. The staff here are consistently friendly and ready/ willing to help. Everything is clean and well organized. Huge parking lot and convenient location.”

“Had a great time visiting The Vault Retro Sports. The store is packed with cool old-time, vintage sports artifacts and throwback T-shirts that are fun to browse and hard to resist. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful without being pushy. Definitely worth the visit if you’re a sports fan or just enjoy unique finds.”
