“This is quite possibly the best experience I have ever had at a US Post Office. The employees were friendly and efficient. Stacy helped me today. She was cheerful and beyond helpful, even though I presented myself as a complete bumbling dingbat. I was on a road trip and did a search for nearby post offices so I could send Christmas gifts, and could not be happier that this was the one closest to me.*Special shout out to the people of Simpsonville who were also there mailing packages, who all exhibited kindness, courtesy and patience, even though there were many of us in line. Happy Holidays y'all!”
“Had to send a package to Vietnam for my family and Tamie & Regina were so helpful, patient with me & so kind. Both ladies are absolutely amazing. Grateful for having such a great post office near by my house.

“When I have something to ship, I only use this post office. Most of the complaints are from people who don’t have their stuff together. Workers are always nice and it’s clean.”

“Best USPS closest to our house. Tried 2 others and Orchard Park USPS Staff are hands down the friendliest, most informative, able to multitask and are very pleasant to work with. I’ve shipped 100+ packages with them in the past 4 months and none 0 have been lost. Also shipping from this location gets packages out of the Greenville hub at least 1 day faster than Wade Hampton and Taylors location. Very nice crew and work together to get their lines of customers in/out.”

“I meant all week to send a box of cookies to New York, but didn't get them baked until Friday evening. A quick search on the internet Saturday morning discovered, to my great delight, a local post office was open! Glenda was joyful and fun and didn't even seem to mind working on Saturday. I'm so glad she was there. She happily told me the cookies will be in New York on Monday.”
“This is a photo of my mailbox across the street from my house. Two packages were delivered after dark (6:10pm) yesterday. I didn’t know it until this a.m. & saw my opened stuffed mailbox. It’s been raining all weekend. Mail & packages were soaked! This isn’t the first time. Why can they not make sure the door is closed & secured or better yet…when packages ARE TOO LARGE FOR THE MAILBOX, please pull through my circle drive like all the previous carriers and put in my front porch chair, or hand to me. I’ve been here 36 years & this past year or so it’s gotten worse. I’m disabled so I can no longer walk to my mailbox. So I drive my car. The mail may be in there for a day or two. Please close the mailbox!!!!”
“they are great. the only times i have to pick up a delivery at the po is when it is too heavy for my female delivery person. so stuff is late sometimes big deal.”

Highly recommended to create your own labels and just drop off at the front (if you don’t want to wait) the lines move however way quicker than most USPS offices. Conveniently located off the main road with easy access driving in and out!”
