Kim, the property manager was very personable! She was also upbeat and very knowledgeable about the property.
Upon entering the office, I was most impressed by the cleanliness and how well the office area was organized. I was even more amazed at how clean the entire building and strange unit was.
Last but not least, I know Kim pays close attention to security details! Prior to meeting Kim, I had gone into the unit to measure and see if my personal lock “shackle” would fit. I clumsily locked the pad lock without sliding the crossbar into the door rail, therefore the door was not locked. I had misplaced the key and returned 2 hours later. As I walked into the office, and introduced myself, Kim said, “I just called your sister to let her know that the unit was not properly locked!” I was very surprised that she knew that!!! Kim then explained that they check the building and locks several times each day.”
