Kim, the property manager was very personable! She was also upbeat and very knowledgeable about the property.
Upon entering the office, I was most impressed by the cleanliness and how well the office area was organized. I was even more amazed at how clean the entire building and strange unit was.
Last but not least, I know Kim pays close attention to security details! Prior to meeting Kim, I had gone into the unit to measure and see if my personal lock “shackle” would fit. I clumsily locked the pad lock without sliding the crossbar into the door rail, therefore the door was not locked. I had misplaced the key and returned 2 hours later. As I walked into the office, and introduced myself, Kim said, “I just called your sister to let her know that the unit was not properly locked!” I was very surprised that she knew that!!! Kim then explained that they check the building and locks several times each day.”
“Dave had everything ready to go for us when we moved in, and the facility is clean and well-kept. It is in a very convenient location and reasonably priced, too. We are pleased with our rental onboarding experience, and Dave even called after our move in to welcome us!”

Friendly staff. Really your staff are amazing and nice to work with.
The price for a parking spot was a little high to start with and now I have been notified that it’s increasing significantly. That’s a bummer because this is a good place for me. I will need to find another facility soon though as nearly $100 per month for parking a regular vehicle is abit steep for me.
