I am considering switching my service and getting new phones.Janah at the Simpsonville, SC store was incredibly patient and kind answering all my questions. And since I am a senior citizen who is also hearing impaired, I appreciated that so much!!!Thank you to this sweet lady who was so helpful and knowledgeable!!!!

Mona is amazing and has awesome customer service! She helped us, and while we were waiting on a phone to update, she helped another lady and actually went out to her car to help her set up her phone to it like she needed. She was very patient as well as the other employees there. This location really has the best team!

I was having a problem with my 3+ year old phone. Well, yesterday I decided to see if I could get some help from T-Mobile Grandview Drive, Simpsonville. I had the good fortune to get Dom as my Technician/Salesman. Dom is very knowledeable, caring, efficient, etc. I could go on and on about how nice this young man is ... But the main thing is he was able to fix my phone and I learned a few things about operating my phone that I did not know. The whole time he treated me with respect and kindness. So, if you are a T-Mobile customer and live in the State of SC, it is well worth a drive, no matter how short or long of a drive and go see Dom at T-Mobile in Simpsonville! You will not be disappointed. Thank you again, Dom. It was nice to meet you.

Very sketchy. I went in to pick up a Home wifi device and right off the bat they started asking me a bunch of random questions and giving me a bunch of offers for other things. They pretty much upgraded my account, gave me a supposedly “free” watch that I did have to pay a monthly data plan for, and they tried to give me 3 Trackers without my consent (they literally didn’t even asked me, I was confused about the 3 sim cards in my bag). When I got home I got an email for me to agree to open a credit line to get the 3 Trackers I was never told about (but they seemed to plan on giving them to me right off the start as they have them out as soon as I got there). When I tried the Home wifi, the download speeds were very unstable and the latency really high even though I was in their high speed areas of service. I decided to return all the things the same day and the associates and manager were constantly denying my request and telling me just to wait a couple of months like if the service was gonna magically improve overnight. I pretty much had to leave the store and come back again in a few hours for the manager to finally budge and get my return, which she didn’t do properly and I had to come back the next day so she would return the watch I literally told her to return the previous day. If you wanna try the internet or get their services, better do it online as they charged me $60+ for the activation fee even though its free if you buy it online and it was non-refundable even though I came back the same day for the return. If they were honest and do their job properly I would have had a better experience instead of having to spent my whole day off trying to fix this mess and a little bit of another day to also correct their mistake. They seem to only care about their sale quota.

I recently had an issue in which my phone was hacked. I am not very tech savvy And needless to say I was distraught. The incident shattered my peace of mind and the feeling of safety in my own home. I went in to the Simpsonville location. To see what could be done and explain the situation. SKYLIN STEPHENS was so understanding and never once made me feel that I did not have valid fears or concerns even though I had trouble understanding some of the things he was telling me. He graciously took the time to make me feel comfortable and explain things in a way that I was finally able to understand. He helped me reset up my phone and new Sim card and gave me a lot of other options to consider. When I say he went above and beyond in a kind courteous professional manner it is a complete understatement. The entire staff there were amazing! He helped restore my peace of mind which is a gift that I can only hope to repay by this review. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Simpsonville location and the staff and especially Skylin Stephens and thank them from the bottom of my heart for their kindness and attention to my issue. God bless!

Amazing customer service, extremely knowledgeable and patient. The Simpsonville S.C. store is my go to for all of my phone services. All of the team was kind, but the young lady was multitasking and on point with each customer she was helping. I was very impressed!! She was and seemed to be a great team worker. I'm proud to be called a T Mobile customer ?

Carlos C. provided exceptional customer service in new device setup and data transfer. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend the T-Mobile location at Grandview. The entire staff was great!

Nick was so patient and helpful with helping my mom with her phone. We were there for almost 2 hours and he was so patient with her and was able to solve all of her problems. She was so happy and grateful for him that she’s now adopted him as her new son. Thank you Nick for your kindness and understanding what was going on with her phone. We both greatly appreciate your support and compassion with helping your new mama. You made her day and saved me from pulling my hair out, lol.

I got a new phone and I had the best service ever! Ty was my representative and she was so present with her presentation, personality and care. She was top notch and so pleasant! Make sure to ask for her when you in the store. You will love her!

Jeneah(Jenae) I hope I'm spelling her name correctly. This young lady is an Amazing T-Mobile representative. I visited this location at least 4 times before I made the decision to make a purchase and to transfer from my previous carrier to T-Mobile. Each time I visited the store, she was cheerful, supportive and very knowledgable. Not only did she assist me, but she was available and assisting each of her teammates. She assisted others with such professionalism, it never felt like we were waiting to be assisted, while she was helping someone else. She was very willing to share her knowledge, and she is very knowledgable. Also, it was very obvious her teammates trust her and look up to her. The whole team at this location R.O.C.K.!

Came into T-Mobile store to switch from Verizon. Got great deals. The managers and employees are awesome. They were actually caring if I got a great deal and not just selling me things I didn’t need. Got my military plan which saves a lot and better service. De’Andre, Carlos, Janah especially went out of their way. Theses are the people you want working for you.

I must say I got off to a rocky start with T-Mobile in Simpsonville SC, BUT, Janah, the store manager, went above and beyond to correct my issues and I am now very, very satisfied. I will definitely recommend T-Mobile store in Simpsonville to everyone considering mobile phone service, not only because of their great pricing, but also because of their willingness to help if/when issues arise. Every staff member in that store is friendly, courteous, and more than willing to help. I am a very happy customer!!
