“After several stores in my area closed, I started visiting this GameStop on my way home from work. Now I go out of my way to see them almost anytime I shop for gaming. They usually answer the phone when I call to ask questions, and are knowledgeable and sociable when I’m in the store. I bought my PS5 there recently, and couldn’t be happier with it. I was able to find exactly the version of the system I was looking for and get the best deal on it, as well as some extra items I needed for my setup. They even hooked me up with the GameStop credit card so I was able to double the points I earned on future purchases. The manager, Will, and his employees have made this location an excellent one stop solution for most of my gaming needs, as well as just an enjoyable place to shop. “Living in the neighborhood, I recall that for quite some time this store shortly after they had opened, I believe last year or so they seemed to have a hard time finding employees that would stay and manage the store the way they should. It was really painful for customers to either end up in front of closed doors during normal business hours or having to fight your way through the aisles with dollies and unboxed items sitting all over the place. That has changed for quite some time ago with the new store manager and the employees she has. They are super friendly. The store is in excellent shape and I don’t recall seeing the store not being open during normal opening hours lately .I’m very happy for the store , customers like me and the staff that they were able to improve operations.
