Walmart Supercenter is described as a place where customers can find everything they need in one location. The store appears to be making progress, with recent visits noting it is better organized and shelves are better stocked. Customers can order fresh groceries online with free pickup, enjoy same low prices as in-store, and take advantage of services like Express Pickup. The store accepts SNAP EBT cards and offers a Freshness Guarantee. However, significant criticisms are consistently raised. The grocery pickup service receives severe complaints, described as the worst, with reports of long waits, orders marked as ready when they are not, delays, and rude customer service. General checkout is also frequently cited as very slow, with limited staffed registers open. Product quality in certain sections, like produce and storage totes, can be poor, with items found to be mushy, dried, broken, or not matching online inventory. Staffing issues are noted, with comments about unfriendly employees and inefficiency. A notable change is that the location no longer stays open 24 hours, now closing at 11:00 p.m. While the overall store is considered great by some, these operational and service problems are prominent in customer feedback.
Everything went well but since they wasn't busy, my appointment at 2pm was able to get service at 1pm. That was great the only thing online my installation was canceled so I have to wait for a refund and pay for installation in-store.0

Pretty clean, ridiculous long lines, not super helpful associates. Sometimes you get good people.

Its a good Walmart for Greenville county overall.
Dumbest idea is to locked up electronics at 10pm and turn down a few hundred dollars in sales when im standing in electronics and zn employee is helping me. Dumbest policy ever. Ill go elsewhere in the morning
