“I don’t usually do Google Reviews but this young man Michael Mitchem deserves some recognition for how helpful and polite he was. I never thought I’d be giving a good review on a car parts store employee but he was so polite and helpful that I don’t care if I’m on the other side of town and I pass 3 other stores on the way, I’m going to this one because of the last few experiences I’ve had with him and he always does whatever he can to help and does it with a smile. I dropped a nut and couldn’t find it and he helped me out with that and smiles the whole time. Some of these other car parts stores should take notes. He’s got good manners and that made me a customer for life.”
“This may be a little different than most reviews but I had to get a car battery today so I went to Batteries Plus like I have in the past. My son, who would have usually done this for me passed away a short time ago and I just started crying and I couldn't control it. I was so embarrassed but the salesman just calmly quietly talked to me and said its okay we'll go check it out. He was so understanding and professional it was as if he dealt with this kind of thing every day. I'm so grateful. Thank you.”

“I went today to get my battery replaced and was met with the sweetest funniest most helpful employee by the name of Ely! He was extremely patient, informational and happy about everything he had done for me! Not one complaint, just nothing but good vibes in a great attitude! I will definitely be returning back for anything I need! Shout out to Ely! He deserves it!”
