“Definitely my go to place for all ad ons to our automobiles. I love love the auto start added to my charger, includes anti theft and more. Took our granddaughters jeep there for custom lights under the dash and new halo headlights and fog lights. They look awesome. For at least 20 years we went somewhere else bc we have had the neons,stereos ect. Once we found this place, it was a no brainer, we switched over. Very knowledgeable in all their products. “Billy, the manager at this store, is awesome. His customer service is a rare breed these days. I was purchasing a trailer when all of a sudden the power went out while we were in the middle of everything. This guy leaves the store with me and he drives to another store, calls a couple coworkers and still gets my sale done. On top of that he drove back to his store to meet me and then helped hook my trailer up. If his boss sees this, you need to do whatever you can to keep this guy lol”

“Service AFTER the sale. I bought a truck bed flip cover here 1.5 years ago. I've been very happy with it. Last week, the top came out of the track, and the it bent both tracks downward (totally MY fault). I stopped by and asked them to look at it. They grabbed some tools, straightened out the tracks and got everything aligned in the front parking lot, no charge! That is SERVICE, well after purchase. Thank you Joe Cruisers!”
“Great people. I chose them after I hit a deer in my car because of their rating, my preference to support locally owned small businesses, and that I knew that the owner is a Christian. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They only used OEM parts to fix my car. They worked with the insurance company when they uncovered extra damage that was not visible before tearing the car down. They picked up the rental car tab when my insurance rental car coverage maxed out. Lastly, and most importantly, my car looks better now than it did the day I bought it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Superb, friendly, professional service worthy of 5 stars! While towing my camper from Florida (destination Maryland) with my 2003 7.3L PSD F350, the truck developed an odd drive line vibration. Discussed it with my mechanic pinpointed it to be a driveshaft issue. I removed the drive shaft assembly, found this shop on a Google search, So glad I did! They found the issue & rebuilt the shaft within a couple hours! Big thank you to my Lord & Savior Jesus).”

“The whole company is amazing!!! I moved up here from Atlanta about 3 years ago. It was not long before someone crashed into me. I call my amazing new mechanic who called Campany's Body Shop. I wrecker did a Uie right in front of me and loaded me up. I have never seen anyone work that quickly! He was amazing. He took me to the body shop. The owner took care of me right away and then they drove me home. The work was excellent. Since that incident they have become my shop for all little mistakes I have mad. Lee is amazing. I recently had the roof of my carport fall in on my 2012 Avalon. The State totalled it despite it being a fully functional car. Matt, owner, had his detailing gentleman, Lee take a look at all the panels that were scratched, dente, etc. Windshield had to he replaced. Lee was amazing in his work. The car looked brand new inside and out except for a few dents and scratches. Matt, the owner is going to get me some paint when he has a a matching car come in. That will take care if any potential rust also. These guys are amazing and the gentleman who refered them to me is the same. He owns/manages the Exxon on S Pine and has a whopping business; Rick works like a Trojan and takes care if all of us who enter. I have never seen two businesses who are so exceptional.”

We brought our CX5 here for a second opinion after another dealer wasn't willing to attempt to diagnose the car and just wanted to slap parts on it and charge us for it.
They ran through the diagnostic procedure, told us what was wrong, and got it covered under warranty as it was a major repair. Very pleased compared to the other local dealer.”

I never thought I’d be giving a good review on a car parts store employee but he was so polite and helpful that I don’t care if I’m on the other side of town and I pass 3 other stores on the way, I’m going to this one because of the last few experiences I’ve had with him and he always does whatever he can to help and does it with a smile. I dropped a nut and couldn’t find it and he helped me out with that and smiles the whole time. Some of these other car parts stores should take notes. He’s got good manners and that made me a customer for life.”
