“Dealership service departments have an unfortunate reputation for being too pricey and having substandard customer service. Charles Ray and his associates at Benson Nissan seem determined to change that narrative. Went in for rear brakes and discovered there were other issues. A discovery that could not have come at a worse time for me but I did not realize the team that was on my side. These gentlemen made sure that not only were my brakes professionally installed but the other issues were handled quickly and at a price that did not destroy my budget. As I waited for the work to be done I noticed how helpful and considerate they were to each and every customer that came into their department. Constantly putting their heads together to see how they could help their customers get back on the road as quickly and reasonably as possible. Having good prices is always a great thing but customer service at such a high level is something you simply cannot put a price on. Benson Nissan will be my go to place for any work done on my Rogue. Micheal (service department) would text me later in the day. When I returned my loaner vehicle, I had accidentally left some items in the loaner. Deena called to inform me that left the items and put them to the side for me. On a previous trip Ms Kay kept my phone charger I left. She called and kept the charger until I was back in town. “This was my first time dealing with Link’s body shop. I was referred by a friend and boy he wasn’t wrong. They did a great job on the body of my car. I had a dent and a few scratches and had to get my mirror replaced. When I got my car back I was shocked because it looked brand new! I didn’t have to wait but two weeks and my car was back in my possession. I thought it would be about a month. I want to thank the hands of Link’s employees that fix my car in a timely manner.
