“Note: We rarely go to the mall anymore and hadn't been in JCP for over a year. On this day, we were in search of gifts for 2 tweens who were being baptized the next day. We wanted a nice, reasonably price cross necklace for each and found just that at JCP, thanks to Shonda. She provided excellent customer service, was very friendly. She provided us with several options within our price point, sales items, and introduced us to the rewards program.
I can't speak for the other depts in the store as we didn't do any additional shopping. However, if jewelry is a need, visit Shonda for hands down great customer service.”
