“Best customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes online then I saw they ran big and I texted the shop and they were willing to trade out the shoe size for a smaller size before they packaged them! Also they have the cutest jewelry and clothes!”
“They have wonderful deals but the staff is nothing to brag about they're friendly enough but they do not go out of their way to make sure you're finding what you need or if you need any help they don't speak to you when you walk by and bare minimum is said during the register transaction”

She started at 9 as my wedding was earlier in the day but the venue changed and the wedding was moved to later in the evening. Everyone's hair looked perfect hours later. We had so many compliments! She did an amazing job!!!”

“They had some really cool merch here. Anytime I go to a mall, if they have a hot topic I'm going to hit it up! And usually they have some variation of the same items. And here was no exception. But, they did have some actual cool stuff on the clearance rack. Which was a surprise to me, because they at least at my store and other places I have visited have not. There was a Deftones shirt, and my size, for like 17 bucks. And I would have got it too, if I didn't have like seven Deftones shirts and a million other band shirts lol he has to have a really cool the Mars Volta shirt for only $13 that I would have gotten anyway despite having a million shirts, but it wasn't in my size. They even had some baby no money shirts, which my daughter is a fan of. And I had a really cool 21 pilot shirt that I had never seen before. Oh yeah and I had some really killer panic! at the disco shirts, including one that is the cover of their first album! I really wanted to buy that one, but it was $26? $26.90 before tax. And I really didn't need it. Had I not just but a Tupac Shakur vinyl for like 40 bucks, I probably would have. But is neither here nor there. Definitely if you're in the area, go check out this hot topic”

We recently purchased a chair which was hand designed and fabricated by a craftsman. The material was selected by the Spruce, resulting in a beautiful, unique piece of furniture. This business is an excellent resource for the Spartanburg community.”

“I used to go to this gym when I was a student at Sherman College of Chiropractic. This place is amazing! The staff were kind and welcoming and the workout cannot be replaced by any other barre or gym workout. I was so weak from sitting and studying as a full-time student and Pure Barre improved my posture and overall health. I highly recommend to anyone in the area. Best gym in SC in my opinion!”

“Note: We rarely go to the mall anymore and hadn't been in JCP for over a year. On this day, we were in search of gifts for 2 tweens who were being baptized the next day. We wanted a nice, reasonably price cross necklace for each and found just that at JCP, thanks to Shonda. She provided excellent customer service, was very friendly. She provided us with several options within our price point, sales items, and introduced us to the rewards program.
I can't speak for the other depts in the store as we didn't do any additional shopping. However, if jewelry is a need, visit Shonda for hands down great customer service.”

“Being a senior, I like to go to Ross on Tuesdays because they offer a 10% discounts of seniors on that day. I usually will buy clothing for my 4-year-old granddaughter. They have very nice outfits that are only slightly above the price of thrift store clothing.”

“My husband needed to visit the credit union next door, and though I buy a lot of Chico's clothing online, I had never been into the store. I had hesitations about going on this day, as I was dressed for running errands. I also like the similar clothing line of a nearby store, but upon entering that store though dressed in that brand and coming from a professional job, I was given a once over and cold and curt "Hi". When visiting Chico's, I was immediately greeted with two friendly welcomes. I was also soon personally greeted and subsequently chatted with an employee about a current sale, the sizing configuration, etc. I was impressed with the arrangement and displays of the merchandise, the availability of a range of sizes, and the overall atmosphere. Though I was not dressed as a typical or really even a potential customer, I greatly appeciate the genuine hospitality to the ladies working on 6/23. I will be returning regularly to this shop!”

“I’m giving 5 stars because this is my favorite store. However, the staff is EXTREMELY off putting. They need training in customer service and how to approach people. I just walked out because an employee literally ran through the aisles to get to me to ask me if I’m looking for something and followed me to tell me about the sales (there are signs posted everywhere - I can read). I understand that is their job to greet when you walk in. But read the room when someone is short and keeps walking. Nobody wants to be harassed while shopping. I am only making this review because this happens to me every time I come here and this is my favorite store and it is making me no longer want to shop here. If I need help, I will ask. I do not need to be chased down. She was literally talking to me as I was walking away and said “okay thanks” and kept following me talking with my back turned. I understand this review will make me look like the rude customer, but after so many times, it needs to be addressed. I want to shop in peace. Not worry if I’m being followed after I already said “hello” when I walked in. I know some women like to be assisted, I am not one of them. It’s important to understand and be able to recognize if someone is actively walking away faster, that doesn’t mean chase them faster. The Greenville location does not do this. I get it is their job to have great customer service, but being followed and harassed about a sale that is clearly posted everywhere is NOT great customer service. Makes me sad because I love this place so much and want to feel comfortable when I walk in the doors and the staff does the opposite for me.”

“Love this store! They are so helpful finding clothes for every occasion that look and fit perfect! They are always so welcoming and remember my name and previous purchases. I actually followed Babs from a previous Greenville Lilly store to Pink on Main because she gave such wonderful tips on how to style every outfit and what will look best on me. She will even message me when new products come in that she thinks I will like. I cannot say enough about how amazing this store and their staff is! Highly recommended!”
