“My husband and I came in and were greeted by Taylor, who was happy to help us with a warranty exchange. She explained the process and the cost. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was going to take past closing time by a little to transfer and set up the new phone she suggested that we could wait in store or get something to eat next door and she would keep the phone with her while the files transferred. She did just that. Galloway, her co-worker, was also able to help with recovering sentimental files. My husband did not want to lose in the transfer. I would recommend asking for Taylor or Galloway when going to TMobile Hillcrest. Above and beyond what was expected in customer service ??”

“Gabriel was AMAZING!!!! Wonderful customer service! I have had an issue with my phone being locked and nobody has been able to fix this issue, I have been to several different cricket stores along with other cell phone stores over the past 3 days trying to figure it out and I went into this cricket store and Gabriel worked with us for over an hour and a half trying to figure it out and even stayed on the phone with customer service for over an hour and they hung up on him ? but he kept trying and even though we were unable to unlock my phone, he was able to get me set up with a new one ? Cricket as a cell phone company- I would give zero stars, but it’s cheap and I’m able to have 4 lines at a good price. But Gabriel’s customer service gets 10+ stars. He deserves a raise! Thank you so much for helping me, I am so happy to have a new phone! ??”

“Always a good experience. I stop here often because it’s on the ride home to my apartment. I usually prefer another gas station but this one is convenient so I’ve been giving it a shot.Gas prices are up!!! $3.69-3.79 a gallon! ?Convenience was key on the days I stopped to fill up here and I can’t even say I remember the clerk telling me about the introductory discount on gas for signing up for the 7 rewards program…which is FREE!! ?However, on a day when I wanted and needed a discount because I had just come from the grocery store where I found out that an 18 count of eggs was almost $5 ???♀️?…I was grateful to see the discounted cost per gallon that I didn’t have to ask for but was just applied because I was a member.I’ll be back. ❤️Also, the staff is always nice to me and professional. Additionally the store and parking lot are always well kept. Can’t speak for the restrooms yet…but I’ll check it out one day and update. ?”

“I've been waiting for them to open and today was the big day!It really is a very very nice store. It has AMAZING PRICES on everything. Some of the cheapest you'll find anywhere in the area for hot n ready foods as well as their snacks and drinks.Great value in a clean easy to see all items they have. Along With easy to read large lettering on the product Labels with item name and current prices as well as any promotions/deals.The gas pumps are nice and have plenty of space as well.It's really overall an AMAZING Store that this area truly needed desperately.”
