They told me it was to ensure quality and sharpness and wow it is all they said. Perfect fit and with fall coming and all the downed trees from the storm last year, this thing is going to cut like butter. It was well worth the wait. I understood that people are long up for these and now I can see why! If you want a good quality chain saw blade better get your name and measurements! Quick tip, bring your old blade or know the info cause they can’t make it without it.”

“The paint department is very knowledgeable. The ONLY reasonable place to buy oil base paint mixed to your color. Lowe's doesn't offer this for oil base paint and Sherwin Williams is so expensive for this service. $50-$75 a gallon vrs $125 and up. Hands down Home Depot wins my business. Thank you!”

Right when I was about to cancel my order again I was fortunate enough to get through to Christy the ASM who took charge of the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I got my mower that day. It’s rare to find such great people, particularly in retail these days.
