They told me it was to ensure quality and sharpness and wow it is all they said. Perfect fit and with fall coming and all the downed trees from the storm last year, this thing is going to cut like butter. It was well worth the wait. I understood that people are long up for these and now I can see why! If you want a good quality chain saw blade better get your name and measurements! “Rented a tool for a day and they said we needed to return it by 7pm on Sunday but didn't say that the store closed early for Easter. Called and they said they would leave a note that we tried to return the tool but was given incorrect information and to return it at our earliest convenience tomorrow so I luckily don't have to wake up 2 hours early for work just to return it. “Christy the ASM did for me what no other Lowe’s personnel would do. Tried 2x over 2 weeks to purchase a 6k zero turn and both times, on the day of delivery, received an email saying my order could not be delivered. Right when I was about to cancel my order again I was fortunate enough to get through to Christy the ASM who took charge of the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I got my mower that day. It’s rare to find such great people, particularly in retail these days. After this whole experience, I made it a point to drive an hour away to the store to meet Christy in person and share my experience with her manager, Howard, who hopefully makes it a point to acknowledge Christy and make sure she knows how valuable as she is.
