“I recently purchased a box chain necklace from Banter. This would be my 3rd. I have a 20 inch, 18 inch and the latest purchase was a 16 inch. The first 2 necklaces have lasted for at least 4 years now. The 16 inch broke the same day I bought it. The chain itself did not break, it became unattached from the O ring somehow. Needless to say, I was very upset. I didn’t pay e yea for coverage so I left a weak review and decided I would gave to pay more money to get it repaired. Until…the sweetest young lady names, Tori, reached out to me and made it possible for me to exchange the necklace no questions asked, no warranty purchase needed. I am happy to say, I have a new necklace and I will most definitely continue to use Banter as my jewelry provider. Thank you Tori for such wonderful customer service. I can’t find the weak review to change it unfortunately. Hopefully, this will make up for it.”

“I love Kay and I love my jewelry. I’ve always gotten excellent service when I go there. I go to Kay every 6 months for my jewelry inspection. I was disappointed yesterday when I discovered this store has moved or closed. I can’t find anything online to tell me what’s going on and I didn’t get an answer when I called the store. I don’t live in Spartanburg, so it was a wasted 45 minute drive.”

I had two repairs done and had went to other places to price shop... I was very pleased with the prices and the service here.. I looked around a little bit they have a lot of good stuff..
