“We had Orlando design my engagement ring from jewelry I inherited from my Aunt. After he'd outdone himself a few years ago on another re-bling project I'd taken him, I knew that he was the only one I'd trust with this task. Since there's no shuffling hands or shipping off pieces to be crafted, I felt more than comfortable leaving stones and gold with so much sentimental value in his care. The craftsman ship is great and turnaround time is more than reasonable. I will say that on both pieces a stone was a little loose, but I called him immediately both times and was able to get into the shop and have it inspected and fixed within 30 minutes. Orlando's is the only place in Spartanburg that will get any of my future jewelry business.”

“Great store! Very friendly staff. I had an issue with a necklace I received as a gift from my mother. They sent it back to be fixed, no problem. It took a long time which should be expected. But sadly it broke a day after getting it back. I was so sad returning to the store with the necklace. They were accommodating in that I wanted a necklace, but didn't want to repeat a vicious repair cycle so they allowed me to return the necklace and get a store credit. Thanks for your help ladies!”

“Most of these bad reviews from people expecting to get way more outta what they're pawning. They alway been nice to my wife and I. Im using her account lol! Pawned a push mower for $35. Did i expect to pay me the new price of $100? No cause they sell them for well.under a $100. Seen the push mowers up there from $60 to $100. Depends on brand, uf its pushed or self propelled. Mine was barly used BUT it was on sale for $62. So i pawned it for right at half. They gotta make a profit and sometimes that stuff sets for months to years. They're doing us a favor. If you want more money,put it on Ebay and cross your fingers lol”

I had two repairs done and had went to other places to price shop... I was very pleased with the prices and the service here.. I looked around a little bit they have a lot of good stuff.. I'd say overall this is a good deal.. I didn't ask if he could get all the things like maybe Zales or Kay's or other jewelry places but overall I would say I highly recommend it...”
