“Charles was absolutely amazing. He took us step by step through everything and was so informative. The whole experience was amazing and we didn’t feel any of the pressure you feel when you go into regular mattress stores. Not to mention the bed was absolutely incredible and I can’t wait till we receive it. The pressure it relieved off mine and my husbands joints was unbelievable. 10/10 experience.”
