“Great guy, super honest! Last year Mark addressed my shuddering transmission issue, fast and inexpensively, with just one bottle of special fluid. That quick fix bought me some time to save up. One year later, Mark and his crew rebuild my transmission, and it comes with a warranty, too. Ms. Daisy and I are very grateful for all of them at Mark Smith transmission. Thank you!”
“This is by far the best and most reliable honest auto mechanic service that I've ever been to.
Our family has been bringing our vehicles here for several years, and I've never had a single problem with anything they've done, said, or charged. In fact, they seem to go the extra mile for me.
I was definitely skeptical when I first starting coming here because I never knew if they were going to be like a typical auto mechanic shop or not, but they've definitely won my trust thru their faithful delivery of professional service and honest pricing and I have 100% trust that they'll always do the right thing!”
“You don't find people like this too often. Had them check out a used car that I was considering for purchase. Got me right in. Super friendly. Did the inspection with me and talked through the pros and cons. Then didn't even charge me. Pretty awesome place!”
“Car needed a new transmission and everyone else was telling me it would be a ton of money and I’d be better off just getting a new car. But I love my car and had just paid it off! Cottman’s was able to get me in right away, my car had a new (used) transmission in within days and is now running perfectly. for a very very very reasonable price. thank you for giving me more years with my car !!!”
“The team at Cooks did an amazing job. Torque converter was shot in my 2017 Tahoe. They made what is a painful repair as painless as possible. Dropped off on Tuesday, in my driveway Thursday evening. Drives better now than it did before.”

“A year ago, we brought our Mercedes in to be restored. We were greeted by sweet, smiling, friendly faces, Ally and Bailey who took a personal interest in helping us and treating us like family. Chris Goldie and his mechanic, John, took a personal interest in helping us to achieve our goal and more with helpful suggestions. We left with a beautiful car, inside and outside that runs great! We have now begun to show the car at car shows and meeting new friends. Recently, we had a problem with the convertible top and Bessie and Don took immediate action to solve the issue. Don took time to show us how to prevent the problem in the future as well. We love the people at Heads Up Automotive. They are very knowledgeable and take great pride in their work. We highly recommend this business.”
