Love living here..its quiet and neighbors are so nice. Maitence is amazing..office staff leave much to be desired. Move in process was literally a nightmare..they do not answer the phone or email unless you're a pest. Other than that it's great.

Maintenance was super helpful and very respectful. Made sure everything was fixed and also made sure he didn’t wake my baby which he didn’t have to do so that’s very appreciated:) 10/10

If it was possible to rate the management of this property with a negative number, that would be my choice!After multiple attempts to gain assistance from Kristin, the issues that I'm experiencing STILL haven't been rectified and it seems that she's blocked my emails! Successful individuals don't do business like this...it is appalling! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after posting this review, as well. Here's the situation...I used my credit card to pay rent on Tuesday, Wednesday AND Thursday, but received an automated message stating that my card has expired. My credit card has not expired and there aren't any issues with it as confirmed by the credit card company. I even used my card at a local merchant and had no issues whatsoever. So, thinking that this must be a system issue/error, I contacted the office and spoke to Peyton. Peyton then referred me to Kristin who has been absolutely NO help at all! Her advice was for me to contact rentcafe, yet there is no phone number to be found by which to contact them. Furthermore, their website states, "if you encounter issues with your rent payment, YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER is most qualified to help". Apparently, Kristin is NOT the property manager, as she has been absolutely no help at all!This is what happens in this community...one merry-go-round ride after another. I've lost count, but Cushman & Wakefield is either the third OR fourth property management company in this community in less than two years! They don't seem qualified to properly manage this community. It's DAYS later and I'm still waiting for someone qualified to assist me!

I am moving to the Charleston area soon and mapped out where I wanted to live. I started in the Daniel Island area as I like the shops and being close to the ocean. I had a tour at Artisan Beresford. Kristin made me feel at home from the start. We toured the model and the Community and I loved it but I was worried as my new job is closer to N. Charleston. Kristin immediately said, you know I’d love to have you here but we have a sister Community in Summerville and invited me to have a tour there the following day. So that’s exactly what I did, I met Kristin at Artisan Wescott and was treated like I was an old friend. She even remembered my dogs name who came with me because she said “he’s family, he needs to sniff the place out too” Wescott will be my home as soon as that offer letter hits my hands!

UPDATE: so I received a call and the lady was very friendly and helpful. Turned out that they weren’t able to refund me, because I have given them by mistake the wrong number. Just now when I was trying to reach out to them with the contact form, she was able to get back at me and cleared up the whole situation. Thank you, I appreciate your help and for clarification. I will now be refunded. I truly appreciate your help.I am trying desperately to get my refund for a denied application back since July like they promised they would send it to me per check ! The fact that they have 3 different phone numbers and no matter which one I call, no one picks up is ridiculous! On top of that, I am not able to find their leasing office. I don’t know where this manager is who response to this reviews, but definitely not in the non existing leasing office.

Liz and Peyton were such a breath of fresh air ! They went over and above to help my family and I feel welcomed and to help us with the right fit for us . The property and homes were beautiful! Definitely a hidden gem

This place is horrible at answering phones and providing updates on applications. They are not available during their "open" times. I am just applying and seeing disorganization within the company. This is ridiculous.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. WHEN I LEFT THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SAY I WAS EVICTED ON MY CREDIT REPORT. It never happened. Never was evicted!! NEVER GOT 2k deposit back either. Can't reach by phone. This place is so disorganized..no one answers phone...EVER. no one returns calls...EVER.

Despite so many bad comments, I must say that they have an excellent attention. my air conditioner was damaged and although it was a holiday they solved us with portable air conditioners and as soon as the stores opened they fixed our air conditioner, very grateful for the attention and concern!

While watching football yesterday my wife and I hear a big boom.....looking around wondering where it came from, the sink in the kitchen somehow dropped and busted the pipe, still to this moment only being held up because the garbage disposal, fire extinguisher and a spray bottle for cleaning. Not sure what that box is that is tapped to the bottom, I'm guessing some hardware was not used.... These people are a joke!!!

Townhomes are new and it's a nice area to live but the property management changes every few Months and that is SCARY... Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or respond to emails if you need something urgent.. Case in point I moved out in May and they mailed my deposit check to the old address I moved from where a new tenant is staying instead of the new address I put on all the move out peperwork... I have called and emailed and they still havent sent my money... Progress Residential was the worst of them all... they are now sending me to some new contact that is again unresponsive. YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE DONT DO IT.
