Had a great first time experience here the other day. I normally go to the one on main street but with the flowertown festival goings-on i decided to head here to take my works deposit. Everyone was so friendly and helpful this might be my new go to for my work banking and personal banking

This may be the absolute slowest bank. I have ever used. They consistently move without any sense of urgency or attempt to help their guests in a timely fashion albeit. They are polite, it's just insane. How long it takes them to do something as simple as make a deposit.

Please work on consistency. I went in for a notary and had been for a year in a half. For the first time, I was turned away. Please do better as I have had my time wasted waiting to be seen when I could have gone somewhere else.
