Zero communication, zero accountability in failure to due work in time and actual completing job. Had truck for three months. First month sitting in lot without inspecting and claimed that they were waiting for insurance to come do it(LIE), then did partial work(2nd month) then when contacting insurance company realized that paperwork was given to them about all work needing to be done or checked and then 3rd month of supposedly trying to get right part and then telling insurance company the parts are discontinued by manufacturer which was a lie(I contacted dealership and they called manufacture and said Pat's can be delivered in 3 days, I called manufacture and was told same thing they an be delivered in 3 days.Also, don't expect to hear from anyone at caliber about your vehicle, NO call backs, NO emails and when you fo into shop the receptionist will always tell you your rep is on conference call or out(I stopped by several times, was told Hannah was on conference call and I said I'd wait, after a couple minutes was told Hannah was gone). Called from parking lot one time and was told Hannah was with client looking at their car and when I walked in she again was not there. Also told that the manager has no info and not able to look up info on my vehicle. There is a reason that caliber ONLY does insurance claims...because there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY of caliber collision for anything. They actually blamed the insurance company and dealership for why it took 3 months. Also lied about paperwork from dealership not given to them.

Everything was smooth and easy from the ease of drop off to the friendliness of the staff. My car was fixed quickly and efficiently. The repaired area looks brand new. I also appreciated how easy/flexible the staff was with helping me with my rental car and two car seats. And then when it was all said and done, Hannah came out to speak to the repairs and Olivia ensured that I was able to return my rental car and get back to normal. Everything was exceptional and made an otherwise inconvenient experience pleasant and simple. Thanks Calliber Collision for your exceptional service ? ?

Never mess with any insurance companies that work with their own body shops. Geico is crooked and The service advisor James Reitnauer ain’t no different. Geico accept 100% responsibility for the damages to my car along with pictures. They wait good til they got my car in Caliber Collision Shop in Summerville,SC to tell me they are not going to fix my damages on the right side of my truck. No kind of communication on both ends to let me know this. The day I pick my truck up . James The service advisor saw me and turn his head and didn’t let me know nothing on what was going on. I found out my vehicle wasn’t completed after I signed off on it especially when they didn't even inspect the car with me. I am so thankful to have State Farm because the other Caliber Collision in Ladson, SC will treat you right, make sure ur car looks like brand new again and do a walk around with you, plus make sure your car is clean. The one in Summerville will not clean ur car after sitting around for so longI will not recommend no one to Summerville's location my experience here was very poor and very unprofessional customer service. State Farm could of fix my vehicle behind all of this B.S. And that goes for everyone. When one look bad all look bad if you ask me. I felt like everyone knew what was going on. So I pray you guys fix it in the future.

My car was at there shop for over 4 weeks and I picked it up Friday and noticed it was still not fixed I called them no response and they keep telling me that the manger at lunch I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and reception said oh I can’t find the manger lol bad service still. No call back yet

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Progressive should remove them from their network. It took two weeks to get an appointment for them to look at my car. On the day of the appointment, I left omy car there all day and no one even looked at it. The manager lied to my face acting like he did, but he made up things that he thought was wrong with my car. Now, my Progressive guy and I have been trying to get a date for me to bring my car back, and no one is returning his calls. Now, it has een a month and no help from this location at all. I'm hoping I get switched to a different location.
