“Great store with cool clothes and accessories! But my favorite part is how helpful the staff is. It was incredibly busy when I was there right before the holidays and the staff was still smiling, friendly and extremely helpful! Especially Melinda (i believe her name was) if not it was close and started with an M. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect items. It made shopping more enjoyable. “I purchased two jackets last Christmas and only received one. I tried to contact customer service multiple times but did not receive a response. Truly disappointing, as the jacket I did receive was adorable and I think there are so many cute clothes on the website.
