I have been with CPM since I was 17 and opened my first savings account. I haven’t had any issues with them other than the low daily spending limits that they USED to have when I first joined daily spending limit was only $1500 now it’s over $3000 made tax time a little crazy if you know what I mean. Only other issue I have is every time I call it says my account is frozen and when I ask the person on the phone they say it isn’t locked so idk. But all in all I wouldn’t trade banking with CPM for Wells Fargo or Bank of America been with both of those and they suck.

Fortunately, we have only had to deal with this bank for 5 months. They are extremely expensive! They charge $160/month to bank with them. I have never had a bank charge their customers so much! They will not take off the fees and are sending me to customer service that tells me to come into the branch and that doesn't seem like a positive way to do business.

Had a good experience with Jackie opening a new account and pulling things over from another bank. They really did try to meet all my requests without a lot of haggle.Edit: Seems any good help here comes and goes. Turned away today being told no one can help when both cubicles have people but are "being trained". Anyways, Katie Woods took care of us at Park Circle. We will be going to her for now on. Yall should do better especially being a part of "Nexton".

Convenient location and with very little traffic, no wait for any transaction. I could take one star because if you want to make a deposit and you are NOT member of this credit union they won't take your checks on the drive through, they make you come inside. They have to use a different computer that is 5 feet away from the drive through computer. What is nice is that the money goes right direct to your account in minutes. Will come back even if they make me walk to the lobby since Wells Fargo puts a 7 day hold and pays no interest. No other customer during the entire time I was there

Went in to update address and was told it was...yeah still sent the card to the wrong address TWICE!! She never updated anything and got charged twice for the replacement card!! After two months of waiting we had to close it. I wish we would have done our research. Lesson learned. Employees DO NOT DO THEIR JOB HERE! We are proof!! Do not go here. Stay clear!!

I can never do on line banking. I call for support they don't help me at all. we ordered checks two weeks ago and still haven't received them.

Went in today to open an account. First the lady who was going to open it was not very friendly and I had to pry to get information about the bank and accounts. Then as we were in the process she had computer problems and was like "I can put it on hold and you can come back on Monday" As a new customer, with her poor attitude and then the issues I decided to move on. Got a real bad feeling. I definitely would be cautious. I guess I should have read the other reviews online. Buyer Beware.
