I went to CVS on Main St for the Covid vax. The NP here verified my DOB, verified what I was there for, used protocol, washed hands, wore gloves, cleaned the area, and told me of potential side effects. Totally different from the vaccinations at CVS in Azalea Square, that didn't use any of the safety , hygiene measures, from the female pharmacist.

I was shorted with the quantity on my prescription, only received 11 of a 21 prescribed quantity! It took 3 calls to get thru to a pharmacy manager. I was told I would need to come back to pick up the remaining quantity. Deliver it they said can't!

This probably won't make a difference but maybe leaving a review will at least do something this CVS line drive-thru is always to the road they need to do better corporate or management or whoever is in charge needs to do better with the employees with the line being so long all the time this is ridiculous for a place that is not a fast food! I would suggest if medicine needs mixing pull these cars up and have a employee or doctor working in the back take it out to them to get the line moving faster...

Publix is my new pharmacy thanks to you.It is sad when you seek help from a pharmacy to provide you with life saving medication that has been approved by the insurance and doctors however you are given the run around. Long waits and unhappy customers leads to new opportunities with other providers!

When you wait in line 15 minutes to pick up a prescription and manage to get to the window at 5:59pm only to see them rolling down the metal grate…not caring at all about me and the cars behind me who have been patiently waiting. Horrendous customer service.

Love CVS lately because of the coupons I have been receiving lately. They have really helped me and I love their makeup section. They always have a wide variety of hair products, cool jewelry and sunglasses too! I use their pharmacy at the 24 hour location for all the family’s medications because it being open all day/night is super convenient with my tight daily schedule.

Very rude ladies at the front registers. This is my first time ever picking up a prescription from this location. I’ve never even been inside this location before so I’m clearly not aware of the lunchtime hours for the pharmacist. And I didn’t think to look online to see the hours before hand. So when I see that it’s closed, with no sign stating they were on lunch, I went to go ask the ladies at the register when it would be open again. She did reply and tell me the hours, I looked down at my phone to see the time and said “oh okay thanks” a little flustered as I was trying to be quick about this, but as I was walking away both the ladies at the registers snickered and one said “it’s posted on the door, use your eyes” and when I walked out, maybe I’m blind but I don’t see it posted anywhere on the door. if you are going to act like that about a customer asking a question at least do it when they are fully out of the building and can’t hear you. Maybe it was a stupid question and you get asked it all the time and you were frustrated another person asked it. But it’s your job to answer those questions.

They said my daughters meds would be ready the next day as it needed to be ordered. Mind you it's just amoxicillin. Called in the morning to make sure they had it. They said come after 2pm and it will be on the truck. Got there at 6pm and they said it was back ordered. Why didn't someone say that from the beginning? Total negligence. No stars would be more fitting than 1.

Pharmacist here believe that they understand what a patient needs and usurps the authority and patients medical needs and determines for themselves what is and isn’t appropriate for a patient. To the best of my knowledge, none of these pharmacist have ever gone to medical school yet they claim to know what a patient should and should not be prescribed. It has become ludicrous. There is no reason to seek care from a physician since the insurance company and the pharmacist are the only ones that really “know” what you need, despite knowing nothing about you personally.

I have used CVS stores for years. This store in particular for my Rx. I have found the staff to be careful, courteous, and friendly! I have found that the energy I give is the energy I receive! CVS on North Main is doing just fine!

Emilia was very friendly and provided great customer service, dispute the system giving her issues and it not accepting my rewards number. She turned what would have otherwise been a negative experience into a positive one. ??

CVS gives the worst customer service. Their computer system in antiquated and useless. You may have all the prescriptions needed but they are useless because you can’t order refills or contact CVS. Knowing my prescriptions were coming due I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line to have my hidden prescriptions moved to a place of accessibility. As the week approached I get emails saying this prescription needs to be refilled, next I get a notification that prescription isn’t due for refills. Or I don’t have a prescription for it. Knowing I do because I talked to the pharmacy the previous week. This continues continuously. Then after waiting 30 minutes on hold they hang up on you. Call back another thirty minutes waiting for someone to pick up and the young boy, because he certainly didn’t behave like a man, is useless. Rude, unhelpful, impatient and still no prescriptions. Please believe me when I seat if my insurance paid for anyone else I would NOT be a CVS customer.

This post is not a reflection of the staff that works at this location, in fact they’re more than wonderful. ?I recently became obligated to switch my meds to something different due to a manufacturer shortage. (Like, WHAT?!) I was on the new meds for a few weeks and they simply didn’t work for me. I contacted my doctor on a Thursday to inquire about something else. He then recommended another alternative. The script was sent that day to CVS.Friday, came and gone.Saturday came and goneSunday came and goneMonday- REALLY not doing goodTuesday- REALLY REALLY not doing goodWednesday- I called the pharmacy, I called my insurance, I called my doctor. The prior authorization took 5m. ?I call the pharmacy to ensure they can fill and was told an hour and a half..When I arrive….. SYSTEM DOWN

This Pharmacy use to be awesome but in the last few years I’ve had to wait 3-5 days to get my pain meds approved and longer if when approved they have to order them! Anyone in chronic back pain knows how not having pain medication is unbearable! If not for Jerri I’d left this place a long time ago! It’s getting old quick!!!!!
