During my visit to the store, Evan's behavior was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. He was screaming in the store and being disrespectful to his boss, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment for both customers and fellow employees. Not in my 28 years of living have i seen such harassment in a public convenience store. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable, especially from man to woman.Furthermore, Evan displayed a consistent pattern of rudeness and unhelpfulness towards customers. Instead of providing assistance and guidance, he appeared disinterested and unwilling to address their concerns or answer their questions. This behavior not only reflects poorly on Evan as an employee but also tarnishes the reputation of CVS as a customer-oriented establishment.I believe it is crucial for CVS management to address this issue promptly to ensure a pleasant and respectful shopping experience for all customers. Such behavior undermines the trust and loyalty that customers place in the company. I hope that CVS takes appropriate action to address Evan's behavior and reiterates the importance of professionalism and customer service to all employees.

When calling CVS there’s way too many hoops you have to go through to speak to someone in the Pharmacy. It’s very frustrating. The app does not allow for you to take care of your business if you want to speak to someone about meds/ins. The employees are great it’s just the horrible phone call you make. CVS needs to make a change. I’m almost to the point of wanting to change pharmacy’s.

I signed up for CVS Extracare a few weeks ago because my Walgreens store pretty much has empty shelves these days so I’ve switched to CVS. I have to give a review of an absolutely outstanding, professional, friendly and courteous employee with a fantastic attitude and smile - her name is Keosha. A lot of store associates today are all the same, they’re just there for the job but Keosha was a breath of fresh air and this CVS store needs to know and acknowledge what a wonderful employee they have. A person has to really make an impression on me to make me sit down and take the time to write a review but she made that much of an impression - thank you again Keosha for making my experience enjoyable.

Rarely do they have my prescriptions ready and accurate. Sometimes they have no pharmacist. Today their computers are down. Really poor.

Sadly, the convenience of location is now no longer important , when a pharmacy cannot keep some thing as basic as amoxicillin in stock for sick kids and every grocery store offbrand pharmacy in town has it including walgreens thats when you know it’s time to go.

The pharmacy at this location is awful! Not only are they rude over the phone they are also rude on person. The white guy with the glasses has a very nasty attitude. First off we all stood in line for 10 mins before he even addressed us then when he got to the counter he had this nasty look and a attitude as if we did something to him. I am having my prescription sent back to Walmart I have never encountered rude people in a pharmacy until I came to this location. Not only that they are never in stock on the medication or syringes that I need. I have been getting all of my prescriptions from Walmart for years with no problems as soon as I switched my prescriptions to this location I ran into all sorts of problems. I will never visit this cvs again!!!! I will be calling corporate!!!!

What’s worse than a CVS, another CVS!! This is the worst location in the Summerville Area. Top two interview questions must be: How incompetent are you?; and how rude can you be? I literally can’t say anything positive about this CVS. Worst experience ever and will never be back. DO NOT try to get a covid test here!!

Excellent customer service at this CVS today! The manager was so sweet and helpful when I couldn’t remember the phone number I used for my store card. She looked it up with my email and changed it on my account with my new updated phone number so now I’m all set! She was so patient and kind! The store looked great too!

I use CVS everywhere but the woman who worked the pharmacy tonight went out of her way for me. She was a black woman maybe in her 30s and I'm really sick so I didn't catch her name. Not many people go out of their job description these days so it made me feel really good.

I had a procedure done on my eye today. They put a prescription in at the Ashley Phosphate location. When I went there they did not have the prescription. They sent me to another CVS. I went that location and they did not have it either. Then they sent me to the Old Trolley location. I gave the tech Litzy my name and ID for the prescription and she told me the medicine was at the Ashley Phosphate location. I explained to her I have already been there and they did not have. I also told her this was the third CVS I have been to and the last location said that the Trolley location had the medicine. She continued to tell me it’s at the Ashley Phosphate location. I asked to speak to the manager. Litzy smirked and called the manager. The manager came to the window I explained to her that I have already been to two other locations and they sent me here for the prescription. She went and got the medicine. They had the medicine, however Litzy was not going to fill my prescription. This is unacceptable. This is a serious matter that they have employees not filling prescriptions. I should not have to ask for the manager to get a prescription filled.

Pharmacists will not tell you when they are out of a prescription; they will make you wait 2 hours for it before breaking the news to you (and then act surprised when you're upset about it). This has happened twice now. Don't waste your time or money here like I did.
