I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Jojo and the Sales Associate for their invaluable assistance. On August 21, as I was heading towards the Epsom Salt aisle at Dollar General, I suddenly began to feel overheated and almost fainted. The Sales Associate quickly fetched a chair and alerted the active manager, Jojo. Jojo promptly provided me with water and crackers, asking several questions to ensure my well-being. Eventually, my close friend arrived to rush me to the emergency room. I can't thank the Sales Associate and Jojo enough for their outstanding help. the man locked the doors before we were even checking out. they close at 10, it was 9:45. we then had to wait to be let out of the store because he closed the doors. this is ridiculous and i’m pretty sure stores aren’t aloud to close 10 min early with customers in it.

Was in the store Sunday at 10am purchased swimming pool rafts 21 dollars no big deal . Only live 1 mile away .I bought the wrong ones . Went rite back about 7 minutes later . Manager johnathon parter ? Would not refund me . Said he thru the receipt away and emptied the trash .Very immature and should not be a manager . I will not be back to this store .Have heard that this so called manager has lots of similar issues with other customers.Hope the upper management sees this and would take measures to create a better place just by changing personal.Lannie whom works there made things right with me and was a pleasure to deal with

They locked the doors before their closing time, I guess the employees do what’s convenient for them and not what Dollar General delivers to the customers. The employee waved a finger at me as they locked the doors prior to 10 pm. Just needed to run in and out for a quick item. So frustrating!

This Dollar General and it's team are amazing! Even with all the changes and inflation going on the always manage to keep this store in great shape.

After shopping in this store I feel the need to complain loudly about the atmosphere. The religious, holy roller, shouting and screaming, choir music is loud and overwhelming. Nothing but pure religious brainwashing that anyone including the poor employees must listen to all day and night. WHen asked about the religious music being played in a public establishment the manager said "Most of her customers prefer it". I told here that I did not and I was going to report her to corporate as it is not what we sign up for when shopping. Keep church in church not in the dollar store. Stop trying to force your damned religious beliefs in everyone! Never again will I shop there and I will be contacting the ACLU after the holiday weekend.

Today this young boy when I ask for a ice pack for my head he went out his way to help me he was really awesome !yall did not have any ice packs for head so I use cold rag with ice he was very helpful and I appreciate his hard work for trying to help me it was around 1 pm after lunch .He should get notice and rewarded for his kindness and help. I have come in before and never had service like that I wish I knew his name he spoke Spanish to his coworkers very nice young man thank you for your help it's nice to know people care when you have a mirgrain like I did .

I was shopping around 4:30 and though there was a LONG line, only 1 register was open. I saw a cashier close their line and clock out mid-rush and shortly after a new employee arrived but all I saw her do was stand around talking to a female manager and bread delivery man. Obviously the one guy working was overwhelmed (but trying to maintain a positive attitude) while the line continued to grow. Frustrating for all.When the cashier needed his drawer opened the manager made her way over to the register (not in a particular hurry) and said she had another cashier coming in soon (to reassure us I guess). Hmm, as a manager with a crowd control / customer service problem, you'd think she'd jump on a register herself or do something more to help. Thank goodness I have an iPhone and could entertain myself through this ordeal.The store itself is bigger than other locations and had a lot that I wanted, so 3 stars.

What a clean store to visit. The employees were cordial and accommodating. Went there for a couple of items and found the store very easy to navigate.

Don’t really think it’s appropriate that Tracy the cashier reaked of alcohol, and was talking to another associate about shooting customers with a salt gun. Very unprofessional.. she wouldn’t even bag our groceries, unfortunately we had to do that ourselves.. Such a shame that this store is going downhill

I really like the employees at this location compared to the others in our area. They are both friendly and helpful ? The store itself gets in a very good selection of home decor.My next part is not a direct reflection of the employees b/c they are always busy in this store but probably a corporate issue- new merchandise carts filled and blocking walk ways, messy and not the cleanest. I believe they are under staffed. Room for improvement.

Poor customer service, treated very badly when item rang up higher than posted amount, had to ask cashier to come view the item, was accused of moving items around. Purchased a different item, was told no change would be given, placed exact amount on counter, employee would not take it from counter, had to count it out as placing in her hand only to have her recount it. Will not be using this store again
