Went to the dollar general store for supplies and normally very good customer service, very clean but this time it was shitty service shitty store. I wanted $20 back for cash and never got pulled two receipts from the register and showed the manager the wrong receipt. My fault I am tired of getting screwed.

Every visit to this store has been pleasant until tonight after dealing with the manager who was working upfront. My 5 off 25 coupon didn't work as it should. I let the cashier know, who was very helpful and he got the manager. She was very unpleasant, no smile and she just sounded miserable in her voice. I told her I would take a refund if it was a problem. I work in customer service and her demeanor was just all wrong and I told her that. Her response was to ask her cashier did it seem like she had an attitude and asked me if I was psychic. I think I may start going to Ladson road Dollar general or even Dollar tree right across the street. I spend a lot of money here every week.
