How about properly disclose your operating hours so I don’t spent 40 minutes driving to and from in the rain to find out the online hours are not accurate.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! I wanted 1 birthday balloon blown up. They had at least 100 graduation balloons blown up. I was told I had to get one already blown up. I then asked where were the birthday balloons at. She informed me there were none. I asked if she could blow one up. She told me she had enough helium to blow up 4 maybe 5 balloons and she would be out of helium. I explained I only needed one. She told me I would have to go to Harris Teeter or another store and buy it. She did not and would not blow up one Ballon for me.

So I saw this when I was paying some item’s today. As you can see is a recall in peanuts! recalls are need to be visual to everyone to see and be are aware. This was at the register, not at the door at the door was a now hiring paper.
How about if I already got them at home, but today I come but didn’t find what I was looking for!

The workers see the customers come in and look at them from top to bottom and do not say good morning, please more empathy and education towards the customers. This happened March 23, 2024 at 8:30AM

the best dollar tree in Summerville, always stocked, great location, great staff. I don't think I've ever gone there looking for something and left not finding it. Its a great spot whoever the manager is of this location is doing a awesome job
