This location needs to delete its delivery feature, because they couldn't get a delivery right if their life was hanging in the balance. Your order will get delayed. And delayed. And more than likely delayed again. The app will show some nonsense about "order will arrive between 4-5pm", while it's currently 7:30. It makes no sense. Then you can't cancel the order for some unknown reason. So your items are left on your porch literally sometime in the middle of the night while you're asleep. You wake up to a porch full of groceries of no longer frozen or refrigerated food and hopefully fruits and vegetables that haven't been torn into by random animals. The location is a fucking joke.

I don't know if anybody else is noticing that Walmart never has most Groceries now. No Potatoes, Onions, Water and so much more. And if you find something such as horseradish sauce it's like $15.00 or more. A Lot of items a like that. Is this happening to the online delivery people only. Also if you have Walmart+ with automatic Payments of $14.12 every specific day of the Month, I'm telling you don't Switch payment methods because they will Charge you immediately the $14.12 again. That happens all the time and they say they don't see it on there end and told me contact the Bank. It's never the banks fault. They put the order in and the Credit Card Company subtracts it. I paid for Groceries with the Membership Fee 1 week than switched Cards 2 Weeks Later and was Hit on that Card as Well. They said it's the same Day every month. Bullcrap!!! I canceled the Membership because it's easier to pay a delivery fee each month I Shop.

Came in here to get six tires and a new battery.. they were quick and accommodating doing an excellent job getting that taken care of. The two young ladies behind the counter were amazing and very friendly. Will definitely visit again when my car has some needs.

horrible customer service, whenever you try to check out they will only have 2 check out lanes open with really old ladies who can barely scan the produces, And once you try to purchase food there will be unopened boxes in the middle of the aisle and no workers too be seen. The ambiance is mostly clean but there is usually someone arguing about something.

Be very careful with the self-checkout system. Weighed 3 small plums that cost about $2.50 a pound. It asked how many we had. Typed in 3. It said it would cost over $7.50. So instead of per pound it chanrged each plum as a pound. Happened to me before in Virginia. Hate to imagine how many people do this and don't pay attention. Plus the shelves are always bare with no prices listed. Or the price is listed but you don't know which item is which price because there is no name. Terrible store and gettting in and out is always a nightmare. Only reason we go is because we shop at BJ's as well.

I grew up here in SC raised here since 4 years old and have been coming to this Walmart all my life. Except tonight is my last night going here or to walmart in general. I was dang near walked over said excuse me to the man now he's getting in my face like I was in the wrong. I deferred the situation as the bigger more mature person usually does. I'd rather spend a tad bit more elsewhere at this point, fyi Target isn't much more expensive if at all. I don't know if it's just me or this is something that many of us feel, but this is not the store Sam Walton created. You just don't get the same vibes and it completely turned me off from ever stepping back in there. I could go on in great detail, but I was raised if you don't have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all. I know other locations are a little bit better, however I would avoid this location as it's not family friendly as it once was back in the early 2000's.

This place stocked with everything laid out pretty well . The sales people are really helpful . The cashiers are pleasant . It's best not to go during peak hours for your own sanity . Highly recommended!

Visiting my hometown after being away for about ten years. Wanted to buy a tv. The electronics guy was on break. He was to come back at 9:30pm according to his associate, Stephen, who was filling in. I went and did some other things and came back, waiting on the regular employee to get me a tv. The employee returned and got my tv. He told me he'd ring me up at the register. We walk to the register and Stephen has a line of about eight people. The employee sets my tv down, Stephen leaves, and the regular employee tells me to get in line. I told him I'll just check out up front. He said I can't do that. I told him I had been waiting on him to get back for 20 minutes. I left without a tv after waiting all that time. This place is was very rude and unprofessional. I tried to explain the incident to another employee wearing a bright yellow vest, assuming he was a manager. Nope! They just give out a yellow vest to let employees who can't help you at all. Where are the managers and what do they wear? So disappointed in this place!!

Everytime I've gone to this store its always something. This evening i headed to the pharmacy. I had a man and his cart slow walking through the pharmacy line. I could have been an a** and pushed him and his child out of the way to get my drugs but no i stood there and waited for him to get out of the pharmacy line. They took the other vet that was infront of the man and his baby. When the guy finally got out of the way. As he wasnt there for pharm. The cashiers at the windows watched as i had to wait, but stated we're closed and refused me service to pick up my meds. We're Closed they stated. And the Phramists just looked on. Great way to run a service orientated business. Turn your customers away.

All I can say is this is the worst pick up experience I've probably ever had. I ordered a pick up for groceries yesterday around 3pm to be picked up the next day between 2-3pm. I got an email saying that my order was ready for pick up at two and also received a text. Sent my brother to pick up the groceries as soon as I received the email and text when he got there He was told that the order was not ready I called them three times and three different people told me that yes my order is ready and I will bring it out right now without even asking me where I'm parked they almost hung up before I got to get out where I was parked after he waited for an hour he went up to the pick up spot where the employees are (just sitting around) and asked if it was ready and he was told it wasn't ready. Finally after over an hour of him waiting there I call a manager and let them know what's going on. Got put on hold for about three minutes and then she lets me know that they're finally loading the car. I let her know although it's not her fault they need to be more accurate when they email and text people that they're orders are ready if it's not. no apology or anything handled very poorly never ordering pick up from here again.

This place is terrible. The staff is rude and there are never enough checkouts open. Half the store is empty - which maybe from the COVID supply chain or maybe from other people stockpiling stuff, but I have tried for over 2 months to get basic isopropyl alcohol and can't even get that. I have basically moved all my medications to another pharmacy and we just don't shop there anymore.

Extremely disappointed in the poor service at this location. Ordered groceries for pickup, sat outside for over an hour before being helped. There is no reason service should take this long when 4-5 employees are working and there are only 9 parking spots. Walmart you need to do better. This will be the last opportunity for me to order from the location, the entire convenience factor was lost as well as the customer experience. To top it off, no apology offered for the time it took or offering a discount on the next order. So ridiculous
