I'd like to take a moment to give a big shoutout to the Extra Space Storage and their staff. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of excellent. This facility was clean and welcoming, and the level of customer service was truly outstanding.
I want to give a special thank you to Derek, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did he work diligently to ensure that my monthly payment would be as low as possible, but he also took time to help me load a heavy item into my vehicle. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.

I need a storage unit and I just couldn't find one that was reasonably priced and close to where I lived and then I discovered extra space storage. It was a godsend I called on memorial Day and believe it or not there was someone in the office they took care of me right away. I had a unit but then 30 minutes didn't even have to go and do anything I did everything online and then I did it over the phone with the customer service representative. I would recommend this experience to anyone who asked me where to get a storage unit.

Fantastic service from Michael B. Here at Summerville ExtraSpace Storage. The service was extremely fast and easy to transfer to a smaller unit. Very safe and well kept facility.

I had an urgent need to locate a large climate-controlled storage unit. The person I spoke with on the phone (Tim) was extremely helpful and informative. When I arrived at the Dorchester Rd facility, the office staff (Michael Bruce) was also informative and very pleasant. After showing me the facility/unit, he efficiently processed my paperwork.

I started the process by looking at a few other facilities that were in that same area and I have previously used extra spray storage in the past and they were having a flash sale, and I already knew what the customer service I was gonna be dealing with and the cleanliness of their facility so I opted to go ahead and go with extra space storage again and it did not Have any issues at all. I was able to actually rent online. They had my unit available for me they texted me the code the night before.
