I do not understand why this particular family dollar is even open for business, honestly it seems to me that they like to turn business away more than welcome it. Everytime I go in to shop they have there CARD ONLY sign on the door ... so that means NO LOADING CASH APP OR PREPAID CARDS PERIOD .... THE MANAGER SAID SHE CLOSED HER REGISTER THATS WHY SHE WASNT EXCEPTING CASH...BUT ...HMMM... HOW WERE YOU CHECKING OUT A CUSTOMER IF YOUR REGISTER IS ALREADY BROKE DOWN ?!?...AND OFCOURSE THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHEN SHE WANTS TO DO RETURNs. Oh and let's not forget the store technically wasn't even closed yet and she locked us in and looked at me like I was insane for trying to leave out the entrance and I was supposed to know she locked the doors already. All I'm saying is if you don't like your job then don't work there. You can't work customer service and have a issue with actually performing customer service and having attitudes with customers that don't cut it! Get ur shit together . And for God's sake show some dignity and class at least if your gonna choose to manager a retail chain. SMH

Went there to get Sodas, 2-6 packs of Dr. Pepper Strawberries and Cream... when opened and started drinking them they tasted flat the Expiration date on one 6 pack was July 2024 and the other 6 pack was May 2024.... it's October 2024.

Family dollar is a decent place to shop they obviously do not treat their employees with any standard that insures long term employment and it seems particularly like they lack proper control and use of their man power and man hours.. which one could think is a bit under standable when is comes to businesses being profit oriented... This is very apparent in this type of store . Their employees are over worked and I would bet well underpaid... This Is a very good opportunity for them and other companies to take responsibility for there Years of indentured servitude that traps the vast percentage of our population in the Realm of Commerce bound by what is taught to be called "freedom" but is really a citizen earning wages to be extorted and taken via the taxing system, the legal and justice systems and don't forget the oh so caring and devote depts. Of social health and stability with specific and various labels that differ from state to to state.

The advertisement said grand opening, 4 days only. Began on Thursday runs through Sunday (today), how is 1 of your feature items completely out since Friday? This item also had a limit per purchase, so how is this possible? To add insult to injury, this isn’t the first store flagged as Grand Opening, but out of the feature products. Personally feeling this is gimmick to get you I store and you will possibly buy more so your drive from across town won’t be as bad. Actually felt worse. Every item in cart went back on shelf, and this is on the list of stores not to shop any longer due to lack of advertised sale items.

You never know when this place closes!!!!!! Husband just went at 7 and the person at the door said they were closed. This is twice in past 2 weeks. Was loving this store but after a few rude comments and one uncomfortable incident, we are done. Will be doing a PSA on social media. Not to mention, this place has gotten more expensive than Walmart.
