This was our first and last time ordering from them.We placed an order over the phone and picked it up in person. We ordered an angry Hawaiian and they forgot the meat on it! They even said ‘our kitchen messed up’. The right thing to do would be to deliver one made right.The wings were incredibly salty, the pizzas they did manage to make according to the order tasted like the dough wasn’t cooked right and was extremely chewy.I have no idea how this place has the rating it does.

Got 4 pizzas and a salad for Pi day, which I knew would be busy, pickup time said about an hour. Got to the restaurant, parking is VERY tight in their parking lot (they share it with 2 other businesses) and went inside. They gave me 3 pizzas instead of 4, I caught the mistake and got my missing pizza. Went home and 2 out of the 4 pizzas were overcooked, the other 2 pizzas were amazing which added even more to the disappointment of missing out. Had to throw away almost all of 1 pizzas and could only eat half of the other pizza as it was impossible to reheat without it becoming leather.

Even if you live only 10 minutes away don't expect delivery in less than an hour and a half. All you can do is hope it's not cold.

Great Fam's pizza and a small selection of their delicious beers. Only wish they had a larger selection of their beers and an outside seating area, like the real Fam's on James Island.

Best pizza I've found in Summerville. We moved down here from the Boston area and the pizza is as good as any of my favorite places from back home - save for Regina's in Boston. Still great pizza!

Good pizza. But definitely not Chicago style. I would recommend changing your dough. The dough is rather good but it needs to be crispyer with corn meal and less bready it kinda reminded me of a soft pretzel. The sausage was on point but not enough sauce for the amount of cheese on the pizza.

For two years, this has become our spot for our return trip to Rock Hill. Pizza is delicious! I recommended to a friend recently; she stopped in yesterday and was very satisfied with her pie! ?. DELICIOUS PIZZA!

Sunday January 21, 2024; 7pm!!!My Deluxe pizza was prepared to sheer perfection! Even better the young man that took my order was so pleasant, warm & welcoming, friendly and polite. The type of experience that will keep you coming back, referring friends and writing a public review. To top things off, the entire crew that worked this day and time were awesome, they created such a great inviting vibe. Kudos to Famulari's and this entire team that worked this day & time. Sorry I didn't get everyone's name to further personalize this accommodation but hopefully by date and time you all will be deservingly recognized.

We came to this location because the Cane Bay location was closed. We called ahead and informed them of the size of our party which was 15 and they said that it was okay. We arrived and they did move tables around for us to sit. We sat there for 20 minutes nobody said anything to us about ordering or offer drinks. My mother attempted to speak with them and the female employee told her she would be right over. After about 10 minutes we decided to leave. As we were walking out one of them made a comment and said “well thanks for rearranging our furniture” before I could respond we told them we have been sitting there for 20 minutes and not one person said anything to us or come take our order! Their response was “we are not that type of restaurant” I left because my response would have caused it to escalate. If you don’t take orders like the other Famulari restaurants then why didn’t you explain that to us? Use customer service! That is what you are paid to do. Never again!
