I got a nail in my tire and went there to replace it and they told me I had run flat tires which I didn’t think I did but they insisted that I did. Then I need to replace all 4 tires and quoted me $2,500 all new tires. I went to Gerald’s the next day and I don’t have run flat tires and it cost me $20 to fix the nail in the tire and I’m on my way. DONT go to this store, they will try and scam you out of your money. I don’t know how they can take people’s money like that. I would give a 0 out of 5 if I could.

Pleasant surprise! Car was showing tires needed air. Stopped at Firestone and asked if they had an air pump. Told me to pull down to first bay. Filled tires, no charge and refused tip. He was the new manager and trying to improve reputation.

Came in to buy a fresh set of indy firehawk 500 tires for my BMW M4 a few months ago and rode around for 1300 miles on an incorrect wheel width/tire combination. The mechanics in this shop wrapped a 245 tire on a 10 inch wide rim. we proceeded to ride around like this for weeks causing wear damage on the tire and incorrect ride pattern on the vehicle with a WEIGHTED WHEEL OFFSET INCORRECT ON THE CAR. I gave this shop almost 1,000$ of business to be serviced wrongfully. Not only that but while I waited, they proceeded to tell the other guy in the waiting room that they busted his oil pan during a routine maintenance. Shoutout to Mickey.

5 stars easy! I called with an hour break and a mail on my tire. They had me patched and on my way for $20 in about 45 minutes. Awesome service!

Konnor was extremely helpful at the front desk! They told me it could be over an hour for my oil change and rotation, but even with them being understaffed they finished it super quick!

Had an appointment for 10am, which I came in the day before and made in person. When I arrived the day of my appointment, they could not find me in the system. I didn't want to wait since I knew I just got put at the end of the line so I dropped my car off. I called at 12pm to see what time it would be ready and requested to pick it up at 2pm. I was told, no problem. I arrived at 2pm and was told another 40 minutes. I had somewhere to be at 2:30pm.I was told I was given a discount for my troubles. The discount was $2.I won't be back.

Worst customer service and rudest staff I have ever encountered. Made an appointment for a battery change for 9 AM. Came in early to the appointment and was prepared to sit in the waiting room until my service was finished. The appointment was scheduled for 1 hour and should have been finished at 10 AM. I waited for 2 hours before inquiring about my car as I noticed the shop was quite busy and didn't want to bother the employees. At 11 AM I went to ask the employee about the status of my car as it had been well over the normal expected time for this service. I informed the staff member that I had somewhere to be at 11:30 AM and was wondering if my car was ready yet as my appointment was scheduled for 9-10AM and it had been 2 hours. The employee was extremely rude and stated that I should have told them I had somewhere to be. They then proceeded to BEGIN working on the car at 11AM, when my appointment was at 9AM. Furthermore, I had to leave due to my appointment at 11:30, and when I returned to pick up the car the same employee was once again rude and condescending and stated "you car was done right when you left". In addition, they used the more expensive battery than the one I had selected when I made the appointment online. I have never experienced such rude, condescending, and overall "I don't care" attitude elsewhere.

What a great experience I had! Took my car in on a Saturday and they were able to fit me right in promptly. The mechanics are helpful, friendly, and gave me great service. Jeff took great care of my car and he was honest about the work it needed. I would definitely recommend going to Firestone @ Cane Bay for any car needs!

Had an oil change and they drained the oil but forgot to put oil back in. Was 50 miles into my 1,000 mile road trip when oil light came on. Thank goodness the team at Firestone in Mount Pleasant at Morgan’s Point was able to fit me in. They immediately saw there was no oil (and definitely no leak). Told me I could have blown the engine. Not cool. I did relay this all to Max At Summerville Firestone but have not once heard an apology. See my 5 star review of Firestone in Mount Pleasant at Morgan’s Point.

We took our car to Firestone yesterday and had a few issues with the cost/service. I called back today and spoke with the manager (Nick) who quickly addressed the situation in a very professional manner. Greatly appreciated!

This Firestone is full of inexperienced techs who don’t know what they’re doing. If you’re thinking of getting anything more than an oil change just go to Gerald’s down the street and save yourself the headache of dealing with them.

@FirestoneTires are some scammers!! An hour ago they gave me a quote for brakes and rotors then when I call back with a price match that they said they’d honor now they magically can’t find the order or the parts from any of their vendors and tells me to take it to the place that quoted me cheaper for the same exact job. ???
