We have had so many bad experiences here that I would rather go to Walmart and wait 5 hours to get my oil changed than spend another dime here. Not replacing the oil drain plug causing leaking, breaking wheel locks, not fixing issues on the first visit, the list goes on. Don't even bother contacting corporate because they will never get back to you.

Dropped car off night before. Appointment was at 8. Called at 11 and they didn't even pull my car in yet. Then after I go to pick my car up and come home I'm going over my bill because they never did and I was charged 50 for a complete auto inspection. I never requested this nor did I recieve any paper work as to what they checked. I only went in for tires and brakes. Probably won't go back. This one has gone down hill.

My car came with Bridgestone tires. After only 16k miles, the rear tires needed replaced. The front were like new as would be expected with only 16k miles. After talking to the area manager he reluctantly agreed to allow me to purchase new rear tires for 60% off. After learning that BMW doesn’t recommend rotations, he decided not to honor his original commitment. The lack of professionalism both at the store level and corporate Bridgestone was appalling. I work for a company with 500k employees and will definitely recommend never doing business with this unresponsive business. Do not do business here, you will regret if you have a warranty claim.

Great Customer Service can simply be defined as service that involves going above and beyond expectations, such as being proactive, personalizing interactions, and showing empathy. Ms. Makinzey exemplified this during my recent service visit to Firestone on Old Trolly Road. On 5/17/25, I brought in my 2014 Nissan Altima S for a 105,000 tune up service and tire rotation. This was after a pleasant phone conversation with Ms. Makenzey. It’s important to note Ms. Makinzey actively listened to what I needed to accomplish on my vehicle and after confirming what I needed done reassured me when I bring it my vehicle I would be take care of. WOW! But it only gets better from here. After dropping my vehicle off Ms. Makinzey suggested a basic car care package first because the package included a tire rotation and she would determine if the tune up would be needed. Less than a couple of hours later… Ms. Makinzey called to inform me the tune up was not needed. I pushed back stating, the manual states I needed a tune up at 105,000. Ms. Makinzey held her ground and shared, “Mr. Turner you do not need the tune up because I looked through your service records and noticed you already had the spark plugs replaced last March. I would not be right to provide you with a service you do not need because service was already done.” She went on to add there is a strong chance the service was on sale and the Firestone Rep at the time thought it would be helpful in the long run. Great Customer Service is truly hard to find and when you experience it you want to encourage and celebrate it. Ms. Makinzey, thank you very much for your exemplary service and for going the extra mile to ensure that my vehicle needs are met with promptness and high quality. Your effort and heart provide excellent service has greatly contributed to my satisfaction and loyalty and I truly appreciate it. I look forward to my continued interactions with Firestone Trolly Road and once again, want to express my gratitude for your exceptional service.

Needing an oil change I turned to Firestone on Old Trolley Rd. I'm glad I did, although I had to wait for an appointment it was well worth it. Those other quick change places are nothing but a rip off. You can't walk in and speak to anyone 1st, they want you to pull in and once they have you trapped you get overcharged for poor service. Firestone was very busy yet Richard spent the time and listened to my concerns. Also they gave me the out the door price of the oil change. It was reasonable and less expensive than their competitors. Also they drained my oil, instead of insisting that it had to be evacuated. I'm 62 years old and I find it offensive that these quick change places look to trap you into overpaying for a service. I have been getting oil changes for over 40 years and I can't believe what a hassle it has become in these quick change rip off joints. Needless to say I will look to Firestone and the professionals like Richard for all my automotive service in the future. Thank you Richard. Great doing business with you.
I was told I needed tires and front end was out of alignment when I got my oil changed. 2 months later I had a slow leak, I returned because of the excellent service and this time I did business with Hunter. Hunter is an excellent person who will straight shoot you and try to make things work. He went out of his way to save me money. Buy 3 Firestone tires get the 4 th free. I couldn't be happier with what was done for me. At my age most places don't want to listen to you. They just want to take yr money. I have to say my experience with Hunter has made me a Firestone customer for life. It's the 1st time I spent almost $1000 and came away more than satisfied. If he is not a manager he should be. You can't train the genuine concern he showed in making things work for me. Oh yeah, and I didn't even have an appointment. Another 5 Star review for Firestone Trolley Road

I do not recommend this place and wish I could get a full refund. I was just trying to get my 100,000 mile services done but they charged me $1200 and gave me a vehicle that was never drove after repairs and a misfire when accelerating. When returned and they kept vehicle for 3 days, never worked on it and chalked it up to a transmission issue, without looking at besides a test drive or two. This was never an issue till they touched it and the best part is they don't work on transmissions. So now I'm out of $1200 and have to look for someone to actually repair my vehicle from this awful service job.

Do NOT come here. I dropped off my car yesterday at 1:45 pm heard nothing and they closed without updating me or letting me know they needed to keep the car overnight. I called today once they opened they had no idea who I was or where the order was for the service. The girl on the phone told me it would be ready by 10:30. 10:30 comes, and then no call. So I called again! They gave me the run around and told me I needed a new drain cap because my oil was over-drained last time? They never even completed the oil change. I went to get my car and I am going elsewhere. Don't come here and waste your time.

Came in for brakes and on pick up, they were worse than when we came in. Brought back next morning and same results on leaving. We’ll try again tomorrow. The good news is this is the first time we’ve had a problem and we’re certain you will make it right.

Smitty (the manager), Caitlyn, and the staff at this location are amazing! My mom and I were traveling from SC to PA when we had tire issues. They were able to squeeze us in and take care of us very quickly. Highly recommend this location!!
