The drive-up area could use some improvement in maintenance, and the cleaning in certain areas could be enhanced. However, customers report excellent customer service, with staff members like Gaby providing kind and patient assistance in opening accounts and processing transactions. While the bank's weekend hours may be limited, overall, the new location has been a pleasant experience for customers.

I had issues here before but they all seemed to be resolved in a timely manner, the staff are very professional and polite.
