I'm a frequent shopper at gamers only for the last few years now. I collect pokémon and it seems that whenever I go they have a great selection of singles and sealed product. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'm giving them a 5 star for the above reasons as well as my experience today, I feel it's deserved.I was in today checking out the singles and I found a graded card I have been looking for.The owner I believe it was grabbed the cards I asked for and was price checking and realized the card was priced far below market value. Rather than giving me a hard time he stood behind his prices.I highly recommend you give Gamers Only a chance if your into any kind of collecting. It's a diamond in the rough. Thanks for helping me build my collections Gamers Only!

12/2023 review honest review.I've seen the other reviews. Here is mine.Pros: Staff was helpful, the selection was pretty big, from singles to sealed stuff, it's fairly organized, and from what I can tell, fairly priced(though I'm not an expert).Other reviews said this is a small store, I'm guessing they did an expansion or something because it's pretty big on the inside. They have older stuff that seems like it would be hard to come across or that has been discontinued.Staff AND customers are knowledgeable and willing to help.(I was not ignored when I walked in)Cons, location is pretty rough in condition, which is obviously the building owner's fault. Only one employee for such a large selection. They could use some updated decor. In conclusion, if you're looking for retro games and accessories, TCG (like pokemon or Magic, the gathering, ect), or other affiliated products, this place is for you. The selection is definitely a plus over other places in the area.I would highly recommend the owner of this store to find a better location because the building owner seems to have forgotten basic maintenance and appearance. But don't let that stop you from shopping here.

Really friendly place to browse trading cards, classic video games and consoles, comics, and other related stuff. Great atmosphere and other like-minded people happy to chat about whatever your thing is. Seems like the sort of place you can just hang out in even if you're not buying anything that day. I will for sure be back.

Do not trade in anything or buy anything from this store. Customer service is alot like a big inbred nerd ignoring you. They make gamestop look like saints. This is the second review I left because somehow the first one got removed. Steer clear everyone. ? - real review by a local person. Take everyone's reviews in consideration and go to ANY other gaming store. You will lose money selling or buying at this store

I want to like this place but just can't wrap head around what is going on with the store. It's a decent sized store with tables set up for TCG playing. There's some video game systems set up and the merch spans from video games to table top. There are so many card bulk boxes everywhere on the tables. My reason for going here is Pokemon TCG singles. For that, there are TONS of cards. Common bulk cards in boxes for DAYS! Sadly, there is no organization whatsoever. That's okay, I can spend hours going through and sorting on my own. What ruined it for me is the price... $0.50 per card is ridiculous! That's for any bulk card. Didn't matter if common, rare, support, energy, anything... it was still half a buck per card. I put almost everything back I was looking to buy. ☹️The rare collectors cards are behind glass are all over priced. Hand written signs are everywhere reading "stop stealing!". I get the sense that this place has issues with shoplifters but I don't feel this is doing anything to dissuade the petty thieves. I feel like the store is in a sketchy part of town.Perhaps moving the cards to a different case that can be controlled might help. The less common V and Vmax/Vstar are in binders at the counter and again overpriced.Cards out of rotation going for what they were during their debut. Sadly, I don't think the owners know much about PTCG. The clerk asked if a card was fake during my one visit. It was fake. I taught how they can spot a fake and how that one was clearly missing key features. They had no idea.Hoping they do some changes to pricing/organizing in the future.

Came here and was looking for cards for a card game. Was greeted very kindly and found some good deals on sleeves. Only downside is location.

Overpriced products to sell except for maybe bulk Yu-Gi-Oh cards they sell for 50 cents each but probably able to get cards for less online unless you find a really good one. Even trade in value isn't all that worth itbetter to sell your stuff online. Deciding not to really shop there anymore due to price.

Came by while visiting family, I’m from out of town so this was my first experience. Went on a Saturday and Alexander was extremely friendly and helpful. We ended up chatting about the game nights they hold over the week. Helped us find a specific Pokémon card and I bought an Assassin’s Creed game for only $8. Small store but very welcoming and well priced. Give Alexander a raise!!! <3

Not helpful at all, make sure you know what you are buying before you go. Sold me a Pokémon box for my son 3x the price, asked which one was best box, of course the one with the most markup. Save your money go to Zenergy in Goose Creek, they are extremely helpful and don't try to rob you.

Not a huge inventory, but a decent inventory of retro games, albeit not a huge selection. Good stock of controllers. Low on systems but all retro stores seem to be. Clerk was welcoming but not pushy let me browse in peace. A few cool memorabilia items. I didn’t make a purchase but prices seem to be between other retro stores and eBay.

Over priced trash, place is only in it for the money. No care for the customer relationship or the fans. Horrible customer service, dirty shop, Bad atmosphere, and no concern for social distancing. Merch is marked up over 2x more then what it’s worth and is most of it is damaged or sun bleached. Don’t waste your time, eBay prices are better then this, don’t wastemoney. Card shops are the true scalpers.
