Shoppers can find a different mix of trinkets, nice brands in good shape, comfy clothes, and books—some even hardcover in like new condition—all for decent prices. The store also offers a senior citizen discount day. The staff is generally friendly and often has a positive attitude. One employee is noted for always smiling and treating customers like family, making people feel welcomed. A specific cashier is recognized for being incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, greeting every person with a smile and saying goodbye to everyone.
