I leave my paycheck in this place every week and I noticed they have plenty of help at peak times but if I go early or late in the evening and I want help it takes a lonnnnggg time to find someone. They need a QR code throughout the store so every customer can find locations for items. Went early in the morning a couple of weeks ago and found someone to load the truck I rented from them. Had to rent a Penske because I could not put that much weigh on the racks of the SUV Paint and all other departments are very helpful, not as much as the plumbing at Home Depot on Six Forks Rd in Raleigh but they try. I hit this place at least once a week. My latest project was a walk up staircase to the attic and my next is a tile floor for a 240 sq ft room. I got the samples already. I wish the self checkout would stop asking for my email address, I am buying and paying for my items, I am not adopting them

Parking Lot, here on A beautiful Carolina Morning. I searched and repeatedly scanned with no luck in finding my Landscape stones! I entered and spoke with the lovely at the help desk. The Lady found my last order! I went to the well-organized gardens section. David helped a gentleman there before me with an even larger order. David let me know it will be a few minutes. I went to the self-checkout and purchased 20 bags, and David loaded them within a few short minutes. Quick and professional, Thanks, Home Depot!

New in town and 1st visit to this store. Waited over 30 minutes to have some mulch loaded into my car. No one came so I walked back into garden center, loaded all my mulch on to a cart, and walked right out with no one saying a word. Should have loaded myself a few extra bags. And that is why you should always go to a reputable nursery! Lesson learned!

Only .5 of a star! I bought windows from home depot. The salesman only give me 1 option. Measurer came out did his job. Installers did their job. Within a week! Windows open I walk in & my shears tied up in window. Call HD NO THEY put it off on HD exteriors. Kept sending same folks out trading Installers with Measurer. Can't file against windows because I did not purchase from them. Filed a complaint with BBB no resolve because home depot kept bouncing the ball to Home Depot Exteriors. There's more to the agony they put us through. So now I Filed a complaint with Dept. Of Consumer Affairs. Oan HD wants me to mount my blinds 3/4 of a inch outside of the window molding Please use caution when you make a purchase from HD. Shopped there for 20 years just no projects you can't do yourself. They treat their customers and employees very badly. The cashiers and the manager are very rude to Military customers. I was an employee there and was made to work this Mother’s Day just weeks after losing my mother the head manager had no sympathy for me at all she acted like I was lying to her about my mother being dead. I'm very disappointed with this store and Home Depot in general at this point and will be going to Lowes exclusively from now on. The short version is that I bought a Ryobi trimmer a little less than a year ago. A week ago the battery stopped working. I took it to Home Depot and they told me to call Ryobi customer support. I did that and they informed me that, yes, it was under warranty and they would ship me a new battery......in 6-8 weeks because they are backordered. Ok, how about a better battery? Nope, we don't have those either. I went into the store to attempt to exchange the entire kit and they basically told me too bad. So now I will be forced to buy another weed whacker (elsewhere), and I have a big brick of a Ryobi trimmer sitting in my garage. This Home Depot has been my go-to store, but I won't be back as they obviously don't value their customers. Done with Ryobi as well because they completely blew me off and made it seem like the wait was no big deal.

I set up a delivery for over $4000 worth of material that was supposed to be today, and the load was short by $1500 worth of the material. It took several hours to be told that I'd have to have the rest of my purchase delivered the next Wednesday. This is going to cost me second day of vacation and now I won't be able to finish my project until next weekend. I have rearranged my schedule because of this garbage.

The garden center was neat and organized. Large signs were hanging above the plants that indicated their type: annual, perennial, shrubs, trees, etc. I was browsing and found all plants I came across to appear healthy and for a reasonable value. Very impressed with the perennial and vegetable selections! Would have liked to have seen a "SC Native Plants" section as there were not many. I was not able to find milkweed, persimmons or pawpaws which I was looking for, but I did find a beautiful desert rose, and the price of $12.99 was very competitive for what I've found in the past at other garden stores and nurseries. The two staff I encountered were pleasant and were wearing masks. I appreciated that they were visible, friendly, and taking good care of the entrance and plants since I was shopping alone and at dusk.

There are 5 curbside pick up parking spots. All 5 have cars parked in them but no drivers to be seen. So much for curbside pick up

Purchased a zero turn. Delivery person, Willie, was super, very nice and put it exactly where I needed it to go. Found some issues upon inspection, called the store and spoke to the Assistant Manager, Matt. He was very very cordial, apologized and we got the issues straightened out without me having to go to the store. Kudos to Willie and Matt for being such great employees

DO NOT BUY CARPET FROM HOME DEPOT! The price was fine but the installation is a joke. I took off work to be at home for the install. They called me around 9am the morning of the install to cancel because it "might rain"The installers came the following day. After they finished I was asked to inspect the carpet in my bonus room. I expressed concern about the seam and how it seemed to be to more visible than it should be. The installer rubbed his hand across it to disquise it and said it's just because it's new and it will work its way out. I have never had carpet installed so I believed him. After some time the seem only got worse. I called the installers and ask if they could come by and look at it and see if there was something they could do. In their defense they called me the next day and ask if they could come by that day. I wasn't able to be home at that time. I asked if we could schedule for one day the following week. I have not heard from them since. Everyone that comes in my bonus room mentions the carpet and ask who done it. It looks awful.

Went in to exchange a leaf blower and edger combo pack we got as a gift, but the battery would’t charge. First man I talked to said he couldn’t process my ereceipt because it wasn’t a valid number. Second man that came over got it entered right away and pulled up the original receipt. I asked him if they had anymore of the product so I could get it. I work in hardware in Az and i am appalled at the service at this store. Took us 30 min to get assistance then another 30 min to get the lumber. No one is personable. Didn't ask if I needed help loading my $500.00 in lumber. Then when loading the lumber withput assistance in the LOADING ZONE the guy wants to come out because we are blocking the door.
