“Having been State Farm customers for over 30 years, my wife and I went through a two-year period where we couldn't get coverage for our new home because of a State Farm policy change. We were stuck with a broker-issued policy from Progressive, which had nonexistent customer service. Once we found out that this policy change had been reversed, we went shopping for a new State Farm agent.
A neighbor had recommended Katelyn's office, so I called and spoke with Laura Nielson about all our insurance needs and our concerns over the rate hikes from Progressive. Laura was professional, personable and responsive. She worked hard to get us the best prices (beating Progressive) for our five different policies. Needless to say, we're back being State Farm customers.
We cannot say enough great things about Laura and all the staff at Katelyn's agency. We HIGHLY recommend them!!!”
“****Terrible call experience!! I called 5 times to get an agent to help with a binder and got nowhere. This is clearly a call center working the phones which does not compare to having a real person to speak to sitting in your office. I would have given a 1 star but I know how important Google reviews are and I'm with a dealership, not a customer. Maybe get a dealership line to help us and your customers. The car was already added to the policy by the customer.”
“I had to replace my Windshield on a 2016 Honda CRV.
The agency that takes care of the Windshields needed additional information and papers for the Replacement of the VR Film in the car.
I went to Stephanie. She sent the First set of papers. State Farm needed additional Information. I went back and Stephanie sent the second group of papers that State Farm needed.
Monday May 5th I received the check for the work that was done.

I know it is your job, BUT too many times in life a Representative helps the Customer out and the Customer does NOT say, Thank you if ANYTHING...
