Great first time experience. No wait, very informative staff. My vehicle is a fleet vehicle, all the crew needed to do is scan my VIN and they did the rest, all I had to do was wait. Good job.

When I called for a tune-up quote I was quoted one price and then told to come in early. I came into the location, they said they never made that quote it must have been someone else, and repeated that same statement about 7 times unprompted. Then they had no sparkplugs and in order for them to get them, they had to order them and that it would be a 1 to 2 hour wait just to get them delivered. Additionally it would have been over 70 dollars more. Not good business etiquette.

Always had a great experience at this location. The outside appearance can be a little deterring, but the staff have always been super knowledgeable and helpful.

I waited for over an hour in the lane directed to wait in while 3 cars moved through an oil change. There were several work vehicles for an AC company that seemed to know the folks working on the cars. The 3 or 4 AC guys were chatting joking around with the jiffy lube guys so maybe they have some sort of preferred status? I’m not sure but I drove across the street to express oil change and was greeted either a handshake within a minute of arriving. Will not return to jiffy lube.

I just wanted to thank Stacie V, the manager at this location in Summerville for her kindness and genuineness to me as a customer. The two times that I have come in and interacted with Stacie has been extremely pleasant and personable. Thank you very much and I am so grateful for the amazing customer service.

I went in today 07/08/2024 and all i need was and oil change the technician that helped me her name was stacie she was kind and polite but also very efficient at getting the job done quick i was in and out in less than 15 minutes and when it came time to pay it didnt cost me 100+$ like it would at firestone.
Its a little on the small side for a shop but it is very good and id highly recommend.

Car runs way worse after getting spark plugs change, didn’t connect everything back like it should. I wouldn’t recommend but that’s just me….
