Receptionist was nice & Mr. Mike got my son all squared away! I liked that Mr. Mike took extra time to explain to my teenage son, which was very helpful! God bless the staff here!

I have been with Jim Rooney State Farm for years. The main reason I stay with them is because of Mike Varnadore. Mike always provides exemplary customer service. He is kind, efficient, and always willing to help. Thank you, Mike and team.

I have had Insurance at a few places over the years and I must say, Mike Varnadore has been the greatest agent yet. He even got my daughter a great rate on her vehicle as well. He has always answered all of my questions in a timely manner and has always gave great customer service. If your looking for a new agent go give Mike a call. Stacia is the most helpful insurance agent I had met in a long time.she is upfront with everything and honest,she really go the extra miles for her customers. longevity at state farm really shows she knows what to do without any hesitate. She is a valuable asset to her job.

Not a pleasant experience.Customer satisfaction doesn't mean anything to them.Spoke with Tara,very sarcastic and disrespectful.Here we go again.Called last month and was told a monthly payment, which is now different from what Id be paying. Anytime you speak with someone you will be told a different story or excuses. Customer satisfaction sure does not mean anything here. Time to look into other insurance options. with the impr

We were referred by several people to go here..We met with Mike Varnadore...he was very polite, friendly and made switching from Progressive to State Farm hassle free...so yes, we highly recommend State Farm....TY Mike Varnadore and State Farm!

I was looking for a company to get my car and home insurance combined for a good price. My daughter had been dealing with Michael Gonzalez for her insurance. She really liked him and told me I needed to talk to him before making a final decision. I was very impressed with his knowledge and he made me feel comfortable by not being too overbearing. We kept him past closing and he didn’t seem to care. I also met his wife who also works there and she is a beautiful person. Would highly recommend talking to him if you need insurance. He is direct and gives you what you need.
