First I ordered a cheese fries with chili it was more like chili and cheese with almost no fries then we ordered a 9 ounce sirloin with shrimp they told us after we order they were out of grilled shrimp so we ordered fried 5 minutes later they said they were out of shrimp then they were out of the 9 ounce so we had to get a 6 ounce then we had to wait 30 minutes for a salad with chicken like what and there were multiple children with iPads watching like the wheels on the bus go round and round constantly while we were there at full volume very bad experience only reason I didn’t walk out was because the server was nice nevertheless I’m not going to return there againKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly but they don’t care if they play baby music at very high volume and make others around them want to leave

Our server was amazing and I'm sorry she works for such incompetent management. Thomas was more concerned with how others waited would see an empty table that he refused to seat my family group of 21 together in the same section with two waiters. Instead they sat us across the restaurant from eachother with two different servers and when questioned and given different options we were told we were the problem for being a big group and they were understaffed. Utterly disappointed and this doesn't even go into the attitude from the assistant manager, the 5 different wrong orders or the slow service.

As someone from England, here as part of my last couple days on a trip to visit friends for their wedding, I was extremely disappointed. Lets start at the beginning, shall we?We had a large group - an after wedding party. 21 or 22. First we were told we couldn't make a reservation because it was the weekend. When asked if we could split the table into two, we were told it will be done and all the party would be together albeit different tables. Perfect!We sat at our table for 10, and there were 16 chairs there - one table in our area was full of plates and glasses, another table was finishing up. Perfect! The other table will come up and be there soon.No. We were not seated together. At all. We weren't even in the same area of the restaurant. The other 12 people were sat on two circle tables pushed together, cramped as hell. What the crud?Secondly, why the hell don't you do bottles of water? I don't drink the water from taps / faucets because I am not from this country, and it is commonly known you don't drink the tap water in other countries in case the difference in minerals upset your stomach. So I couldn't even have a complimentary water. Literally what?Let's cut to the food. Appetisers... aren't they supposed to come before the entrée? Not after, surely... not at Logans! Everyone on the table got their salad before their entrée, I sat waiting for mine. Then the steak came out, and I advised I was waiting for my salad still.But 4 of the steaks were WRONG.If we order a rare or medium rare steak, we expect blood and pink - not well done with no pink and a side of attitude.To receive attitude from the assistant manager because our food wasn't correct, not once, but TWICE, was disgusting. It was not our fault that the kitchen couldn't get 'three minutes either side and sear the edges' right, two times over...Then for the general manager to claim the problems were caused by us. No, they were caused by the kitchen and attitude of your members of staff.I came here 7 years ago, and it was my first experience of Logans - which was at the end of a long day travelling across the ocean, so maybe that was why I didn't realise how bad it was.Or your place has just gone down the toilet.**Marcus Carter, the server, was fantastic taking a large group! Hopefully his cash tip shows our appreciation.**

We came here with a lot of family and were told we could be accommodated. Our waiter Marcus was amazing, but the kitchen kept making mistakes (food had to be sent back several times). The assistant manager came out with one of the refired steaks and gave us attitude when we said it was still wrong. After she stormed off the general manager Tom came out to talk to us and kept implying that all the issues were stemming from us being a large party and not because his kitchen and assistant manager were getting things wrong. I live nearby and used to come frequently with my mom, but no more, and I am warning everyone to stay far away. There are better restaurants a little further down the road. (Again, Marcus was the only reason I’d give this place a star at all)

We called ahead for a large party early on a Sunday (5:30 dinner). We were split into two areas even though there were plenty of tables adjacent to ours to accommodate the entire group and our waiter was amenable to serving the entire party. The food was good and our waiter, Marcus was GREAT! The General manager, Thomas has absolutely no business being in a management position. The total belligerance that we experienced from him was unbelievable given the circumstances. Really unfortunate.

My favorite server is Jaimie. She's the best.Parking: They have more diners than parking spaces and there is always a wait, but the food is great so everyone leaves happily.

Just the .ost. Est good cooking meals and so much more like deserts and a bar to drink alcohol drinks and very clean and omn.fortable and the food taste amazing it's one my top two favorites on my whole lifes list of favorite restaurants ever like Cracker barrel love both of them and golden corral also... And Logan's has the .ost. Est Bread rolls ever ...Thanks Logans for a great dinner night and .any more to come I pray ... Great job Logan's ??❤️❤️??❤️

Well let's start with the check in,was a 25 minute wait list that turned into 56 minutes. The music in the waiting area was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation with the person next to you. Once inside we were seated immediately, excellent waitress A+. Order 2 ,,8 oz. SIrloin Steak, Medium Rare baked potatoes and toss salad. The Steaks at best were Very well done, thin and under size,, nothing a Quality Steak house would serve at that price. The baked potatoes and salad were good. Then the Best part is coming,went to pay the Bill with a Logan's gift card,it came back with a (0) balance, luckily I had enough Cash with me to pay the tab or me and the wife would have been washing dishes the rest of the evening,,Not a Good experience at all. The waitress was terrific,she received a Generous Tip for her part. THAT'S MY REVIEW

Every time we order our steak we ask for no seasoning fries with no seasoning we ask the manager to cook us new steak. I thought we got new steak and fries my brother change his fries to a baked patato . We took it home because we had been there for one hour forty five minutes. I did look to see if the dinners look ok but when wegot home we notice we did not get new steak and my fries they washed the seasoning off the steak and fries the steak and fries was soak in water to get the seasoning off both steak and fries this is the second timein two weeks this has happen. My brother and I realy love Lovan's restaurant and the service is always great . By the way the steak and fries was cold . Other than the food every thing was good.

Hadn't been here in awhile and was wondering why. 2nd time here in 2 years and I GOT DRASTICALLY SICK, AGAIN. Ended up in the ER sick. Nevermind the dated, depressing atmosphere. Thanks for finally cleaning all the peanuts mess off the floor. Our waitress worked like she barely cared to be there so we made sure her tip reflected her efforts
