I ordered online gas logs. I was notified they were in. I went to pick them up. Went to desk for them to bring to my car. I waited half hr, finally I Went in, there they were on a flatbed. No one had any intention of bringing it out to me I was in pickup space 5. How did they expect a women to pick up 75 pd. Every time I have dealt with this store its been a hassle. You can bet from now on I will go across the st to your competition Home Depot. There are plenty other places I can spend my money!

Well I Bought a $600 grill that they advertised pre built. Got it home noticed it was scratched up, and the igniter does not work. Pretty much should have expected it. So many issues with anything you buy. The techs that assembled the grill should have at least tested that before I took it home? A ways away? It also took me an hour before anyone would sell me one. It was pretty weird..

They are just slow. Plumbing section sucks. Never have any pvc pipe on rack when ask some one it takes 40 mins unacceptable. Ashley phosphate is so much more better than this Lowe's and Dorchester Lowe’s. Step your professional level up Summerville

Lowes owns the worse experience for any piece of purchasing of equipment I've ever had. I bought a range and they missed 3 individual drop offs with less than 24hours, one time less than an hour. I wasn't able to make Thanksgiving for mu kids. I had to eat out for almost an entire month. Costing me well over 1000$ and two missed days of work and they offered me 150$ as an apology. A tiny drop in the bucket of what their incompetence hosted me. I used to go to lowes because others don't treat veterans well but it turns out they just have crap customer service for everyone. Not just vets.

If I could give zero stars I would. We spend a lot of money with Lowe’s. Had to wait for our stove for three weeks. Finally got it. We ordered a fridge three weeks ago and every time they say they are going to deliver it they call the day they are suppose to deliver it and say that they can’t deliver it. Now apparently it’s going to be a little over a week until we get our fridge. When it was supposed to be delivered today. (Technically it was supposed to be here two weeks ago) Will shop some where else for our appliance upgrades in the future. Home Depot or Best Buy may be your best bet on getting your expensive appliances on time. We paid too much money to wait a month on our fridge. And don’t forget. We had to wait on the stove too. When it was suppose to be a three day thing.

Tried to purchase an item from this store unfortunately no one knew anything. Showed up to store a couple of times to get some answers. Shawn the manager wouldnt even come out of where ever he was to have a conversation with me. Just told his employees what to say to me. Honestly, just for future reference. You should learn theCustomers deserve better. There were a select few that were nice. Other than that just seemed like nobody knew anything. I will never be back to the store ever again. Perhaps the worst experience I’ve ever had at Lowes.

I went to four employees; two of which acted nonchalant and not interested in anything retaining to there job. The third employee just pointed me in the wrong direction, to discard. Finally a very helpful employee KATELYN step in. She is the epitome of fantastic customer service. The first employee had the audacity to walk by as she was helping and made a smart remark.

Bought a brand new GE washer 1 year ago and it broke. Been 2 months now. Lowes Extended Warranty is a SCAM!!!!! They take your money and you will never ever ever get any appliance fixed. Their 3rd party services are absolutely scams, rude, unhelpful, and just refuse to fix your appliance. The lowes stores do NOTHING to help you except tell you call the warranty number, and then those people give you the runaround and hang up on you. The plan has all these promises, but I promise you, you will never see any of it. Lowes extended warranty is a scam. You’re better off without it.
