“I will call this a work in progress, 1. on 1/3/25, I posted a package with the ups store. I needed the package delivered to My grandson's Home in time for his birthday on 01/06/25. I asked at the time if the package was guaranteed to be delivered on 1/6/25, and was told that yes it was guaranteed. This package was not delivered until 1/08/25, and there were no inclement weather events. I called the store that date, and was told they would send in a claim for me, that I should get my $67 back, and that I could expect a refund check from UPS in a week to 10 days.
It's been a couple days since my last review, my check came in the mail yesterday. Though corporate decided that I didn't get a full refund, it did give me 82% of what I paid, so I consider that a win. The owner of this store, contacted me and told me that they had gone to bat for me with corporate who initially declined the refund. I'm happy with the service at this store now and will continue to patronize them in the future. Good come back guys”
